Reframe Your Life with Rachael

Rachael Wilson

Reframe Your Life with Rachael is a podcast about intentional living, inner work, and the art of reclaiming authorship over your life. Most of us are taught to run scripts we never chose. This is where we examine those scripts and rewrite them on purpose. Hosted by Rachael Wilson, a spiritual psychology practitioner and life coach with a Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching, this show blends lived experience, reframing, and actionable tools for designing a life that feels aligned. We explore identity, conditioning, values, agency, spirituality, and the mindsets that quietly shape our choices. This is not about perfection or bypassing. It is about truth, awareness, and the practical side of becoming who you actually are. Some episodes are reflective and philosophical, others offer frameworks and practices you can experiment with in your own life. If you are ready to think more deeply about how you live, why you choose what you choose, and what sovereignty looks like for you, you will feel at home here.

How Bad Do You Want It?!

Okay y'all… this episode is a little bit of a loving kick in the butt 😅 In this episode, we're talking about accountability, self-honesty, perfectionism, consistency, and what it actually means to want change in your life. Not the fake motivational social media version. The real version. The version where you have to sit down with yourself and ask: "Am I actually making choices that align with the life I say I want?" This conversation is raw, honest, encouraging, and honestly… very needed. We talk about: ✨ Why transformation is a process ✨ Why consistency matters more than perfection ✨ The difference between something "not working" vs. taking longer than expected ✨ Perfectionism and self-sabotage ✨ Learning how YOU naturally work instead of forcing yourself into systems that don't align with you ✨ Trusting yourself again after setbacks Also… this is officially my first completely unedited episode/video 😭😂 No cutting things out. No trying to sound polished. No obsessing over every little mistake. Honestly? It is what it is 😂 I've got other things I need to do before bed, and I'm practicing exactly what I preach in this episode: Progress over perfection. Because if I keep waiting for everything to sound perfect, look perfect, and feel perfect before I post something, then I'm just gonna keep delaying my own growth. So this is me showing up as I am. Real. Honest. Human. And I hope this episode encourages you to do the same 💛 ⸻ ✨ Join My SKOOL Community: Reframe Your Life with Rachael ✨ Join My Facebook Group - Reframe Your Life with Rachael: 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑹𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 | Facebook ✨ Sign Up for My Monthly Newsletter: [https://reframe-your-life-with-rachael.kit.com/d15ec20aff

Trust the Season You Are In

Have you ever looked at your life and thought "I should be further along by now" or "it's too late to start over"? In this episode of Reframe Your Life with Rachael, Rachael dives deep into one of the most powerful reframes she knows: the seasons of your life. Using the metaphor of winter, Rachael challenges everything you think you know about timing, struggle, and what it means to be behind. Because what if you were never behind? What if you were simply in a season that was preparing you for everything that's coming next? Rachael shares her own personal story of feeling out of place, invisible, and like everyone else had figured out something she hadn't. And she shares what she knows now that she wishes she could have told her younger self. Including how every hard season she wanted to rush through was growing the very purpose inside of her that led her to coaching and to this podcast. Rachael also speaks directly to something so many women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond carry quietly. The belief that their season has passed. Friend, your season has nothing to do with your age. Spring does not check your birth year before it arrives. In this episode Rachael covers: What the seasons of your life are actually doing, even when it feels like nothing is happening Why the things you didn't get when you wanted them may have been protecting you all along How your winter was building roots deeper than you know Why it is never too late to step into who you were always meant to become This episode is for the woman who is ready to stop measuring her life against someone else's timeline and start trusting the one that was always meant for her.

St. Patrick's Day Reflection: Outgrowing the Old You

Happy St. Patrick's Day. This episode is a continuation of the last few, where I've been talking about outgrowing the old version of yourself. And today, we're going deeper into why that process can feel so challenging, even when you know you're ready for more. We're talking about self-concept inertia, the psychological resistance to changing your identity. The part of you that keeps pulling you back into familiar patterns, familiar thoughts, familiar behaviors, even when those things no longer align with who you're becoming. I break down how this shows up through things like cognitive dissonance, social expectations, and the tendency to choose familiar discomfort over unfamiliar growth. Because the truth is, most people aren't stuck because they don't want to change. They're stuck because their identity hasn't shifted yet. I also share my love for Ireland, not just the land, but the people, the spirit, the warmth, and how that experience connects to something deeper within us. There's something about being there that reminds you of who you are beyond all the roles and identities you've taken on. This episode is really about that space in between. The space where you can feel that you've outgrown who you used to be, but you're still learning how to fully step into who you're becoming. If you've been feeling that tension, that pull, that quiet knowing that there's more for you, this episode will help you understand what's happening and how to move through it. Regression: An Invitation to Expand

What if regression is not failure? In this episode of Reframe Your Life with Rachael, Rachael Delise Wilson explores a powerful shift in perspective that can change the way you see your personal growth journey. Many of us experience moments where old patterns resurface. We think we are moving backwards. We judge ourselves and wonder why we cannot just stay consistent. But what if those moments are not signs of failure at all? What if they are invitations to expand? Rachael shares personal insights from her own journey as well as her experience working with clients who are building meaningful visions for their lives. She talks about why old behaviors often resurface when we are growing, how the "old self" tries to protect us, and how these moments can reveal exactly what needs healing, attention, or understanding. Instead of seeing regression as something to be ashamed of, this episode invites you to approach those moments with curiosity and compassion. Inside this conversation, you will learn: • Why regression often shows up during periods of expansion • How old patterns can reveal the next level of inner work • Why your inner healing is part of your vision work • How curiosity and compassion can replace self judgment • How to see setbacks as part of your growth rather than the end of it If you are building a vision for your life and sometimes feel like you are slipping backwards, this episode will remind you that growth is not always linear and that nothing in your journey is wasted. You are not going backwards. You are expanding.
