    2: (Audio Issues) - Sick Boy (Feb 16, 2025)

    I've created a handful of podcasts and I just made a rookie mistake and didn't listen to the audio right off the bat to test it. Then felt like it was a great recording, content wise, so now i's stuck with some clicking noise. Oh well, content is better than quality right? ...right? I think there is some good stuff in here if you can get through it and tune out the mic clicks

    3: First Day of Speed Work (Feb 24, 2025)

    Took the pup Henry for a little walk to cool down from the first session of speed work for the 100 mile race training. Just a short little chat about how it went and what I think about speed work in general.     4: Gym Day - Leg Strength Training (VIDEO) (Feb 25, 2025)

    I decided to make a video podcast episode and let's see how that goes! How's my form? What exercises would you add? Are you doing leg work in the gym too? This is a look into the base building block leg strength training that I have been doing lately. Pretty straight forward exercises from Coach AJ and ones that I am already familiar with. *I used my gimbal that has a tracking feature, so sorry about the camera movement while I am performing some of the workouts, haha. I am a believer in strength training, not just for trail running performance, but also for my overall health as I age. I am sure I will focus on that in an upcoming episode, but for now, take a look into my garage gym routine and let me know what you think!     1: Sick Doesn't Mean Loss (Feb 11, 2025)

    Well, here we go. I want to document this journey of mine to a 100 mile race finish aty Kodiak 100 in October of 2025. This is mostly going to be a self journal but if someone listens in and gleans anything off of these episodes, that'll be great! This is just a sit down while I begin to get sick and how I feel about that. Most of these episodes will likely be weekly or so recaps of how my training went, what I discovered about myself, and Some of the challenges I face and hopefully overcome.
