Episode 16 - Why thinking time is your greatest advantage

When was the last time you gave yourself an hour to simply think? No emails, no meetings, no social media, no client work. Just you, your thoughts and perhaps a notebook.   As ambitious women, we're often so busy doing all the things – managing clients, delivering work, marketing our businesses and ticking off our never-ending to-do lists – that we rarely give ourselves the time and space to think about what we're actually trying to achieve.   But being busy doesn't necessarily mean you're being effective. And getting more done doesn't always mean you're moving closer to creating the business and life you truly want.   In this episode of What You Came Here to Create, I share four powerful reasons why creating more thinking time could transform your business: reconnecting with what you truly desire, solving problems and making better decisions, generating new money-making ideas, and thinking strategically about what will have the greatest impact on your business growth and earning potential.   Thinking time isn't time away from growing your business. It's one of the most valuable ways you can grow it. If you love this episode, I would be so grateful if you would subscribe, leave a review and share it with a friend. Episode 15 - Five ways visibility will transform your life

What's the point of becoming more visible? After all, building a personal brand takes time, energy, effort and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. So, is it really worth it?   Absolutely. Because if you stick with it, becoming confidently visible can completely transform your business, career and life.   In this episode of What You Came Here to Create, I share five powerful ways increasing your visibility can help you attract clients you love working with, build stronger relationships with existing clients, attract opportunities that align with your values, build trust before you've even met someone and increase your earning potential.   When you're known for your expertise and the value you provide, you can attract opportunities rather than constantly chasing them. Prospective clients already understand what you do and how you can help them, and you're better positioned to charge premium prices or negotiate a higher salary.   But visibility isn't simply about gaining followers, becoming a celebrity or promoting yourself for the sake of it. It's about getting clear on who you are, what you stand for and the unique value you bring to the world.   Ultimately, becoming confidently visible is about creating greater choice and freedom in your life. It's about using your hard-earned education, experience and expertise to do your best work, support others and create a fulfilling business or career on your own terms.   Because when the right people know who you are and the value you provide, so much more becomes possible. Episode 14 - Increasing your earnings is about personal growth

What if increasing your earnings isn’t really about working harder or finding the perfect business strategy, but about who you need to become along the way?   In this episode of What You Came Here to Create, I talk about why making more money is not about being given more, but is actually about what you can give. It’s one of the biggest personal growth journeys you’ll undertake, and requires you to back yourself, become more visible, communicate your value and increase your capacity for discomfort.   Our beliefs about money, self-worth and hard work can influence how much we allow ourselves to earn, including the story that making more money automatically means working longer and harder.   Ultimately, increasing your earnings isn’t simply about having more money. Money can create greater choice and freedom over how you work, how you spend your time and what you’re able to create and contribute. And while there will always be another financial goal to reach, the real reward can be who you become along the way.   So rather than only asking, How can I make more money?, consider asking: Who do I need to become to create, receive and sustainably hold the level of success I want? Episode 13 - How to stop comparing your journey to others

Do you ever find yourself scrolling through social media, looking at what other people are achieving and wondering why you’re not further ahead? In this episode of What You Came Here to Create, I’m talking about comparison, why it can keep us stuck, and how to stop looking sideways so you can focus your energy on your own work and the path you’re here to follow. I share how comparison can become another form of resistance, particularly when we look at someone who is further ahead and assume they have something we don’t. We’ll explore how to turn comparison into curiosity instead, using the people who inspire you as ‘expanders’ and as evidence of what might also be possible for you. I’ll also talk about recognising jealousy and envy as useful information, remembering that we’re often comparing ourselves to someone else’s visible results rather than the years of work behind them, and learning to notice those moments of insecurity, take back your power and choose again. Because getting out of your own way doesn’t mean you’ll never compare yourself, procrastinate or second-guess what you’re doing. It’s about bringing your attention back to your own path, taking the next imperfect step and building self-belief through action as you create the work that is uniquely yours to put into the world.
