Our meet-ups have always been our safe space. Now, we open our judgement-free zone to share with YOU. Through authentic exchanges around awareness and self-development, we bring a humanitarian light to the key aspects of change, cycles and personal growth. Our Podcast features impactful guest stories and raw conversation. We celebrate differences, favor the bold, and show up with curiosity in a divisive world. We dare ourselves to exist fully and openly; to learn a deeper truth about the world by understanding all who live in it. We desire to end stigmas, lessen fears and empower others to live authentically and inclusively. Listen in to lower your cortisol levels and experience community healing in our modern world.

    Fear is a fantasy, too

In Episode 56 of Via Love and Evolution, Katrina opens the conversation by sharing a few of her favorite things: nostalgic characters from growing up in the ‘80s and ‘90s, along with a darling hand-painted portrait that now sits behind her as a daily reminder of the life-altering love of pets. Together, these reflections become an invitation to treasure what was while appreciating who and where we are now. As Spring unfolds, so do conversations around changing environments, digital cleansing, movement, shifting, clearing, and the necessary discomfort that often comes with growth. This season asks us to release what no longer fits and sometimes that process comes with uncertainty. Uncertainty can draw anxiety out of even the best of us. Sarah speaks openly about her own experience navigating the unknown and the vulnerability that naturally surfaces when life asks us to trust what we cannot yet see. In a world that often pressures certainty and perfection, being brave enough to stay open requires real courage. Together, Sarah and Katrina explore the risks of regret, what to do when you make the “wrong” move, and how fear is just as much a fantasy about the future as optimism is. The question becomes: which story do we want to feed? This episode is about expanding curiosity, strengthening self-compassion, and learning how to stay soft in a world that often rewards disconnection from self. We also reflect on the importance of rebelling against the toxic narratives that thrive when we feel ashamed, weak, guilty, or small. So channel your inner She-Ra, courageous warriors. Raises giant sword into the air - “For the honor of Love and Evolution!”

    Ethical and Conscious Communication

April is SAAM - Sexual Assault Awareness Month Episode 53 of Via Love and Evolution brings forward a conversation that is heavy but deeply relevant to the current state of the world. In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Sarah and Katrina hold space for a topic that deserves more truth, tenderness, and real awareness. This past week, Sarah fulfilled one of her heartfelt goals by completing training to become a volunteer sexual assault advocate. She shares what the experience was like, including the staggering realities and statistics surrounding the prevalence of sexual abuse and sexual violence and what it means to be educated, prepared, and willing to show up. Katrina explores the subject through her own lens as a survivor, speaking to the layered, complex nature of trauma and the long echoes it can leave behind. Together, we reflect on what “showing up” actually looks like how to respond as a safe person, how to practice active listening, how to honor someone’s autonomy and agency, and how to support survivors without centering ourselves. We also discuss how to care for your own nervous system while holding space for others. This episode is rooted in awareness not as a passive concept, but as a conscious, active practice. A frequency of compassion, presence, and proactive peace. While the subject matter is intense, this conversation is ultimately filled with gratitude for the healing, courage, and safety it takes to speak about sexual violence with honesty and care.

Observe Don't Absorb: A Conversation with Evolutionary Astrologer Meredith McCowan

Episode 51 Astrology, Awakening & the Cosmic Now (with Meredith McCowan) In this mystical and expansive episode of Via Love and Evolution, Sarah and Katrina sit down with guest Meredith McCowan, a professional Evolutionary Astrologer based in Saint Paul, Minnesota and the founder of Earthling Astrology. Together, Sarah, Katrina, and Meredith dive into one of our favorite topics: astrology as a tool for self-discovery, meaning-making, and evolutionary growth. They explore what it feels like to engage with astrology as more than curiosities about one's sun sign and how it can become a mirror for your inner world, a language for your soul’s patterns, and a compass for personal evolution. Meredith shares how her astrological path emerged from a corporate career into spiritual awakening and deep study, leading her to honor astrology not only as myth or metaphor, but as a meaningful system rooted in pattern recognition, symbolism, and soulful understanding.  In this rich conversation, you’ll hear about: Using astrology for self-reflection and inner alignment. We listed to the ways in which reading your chart can reveal not only personality traits but deeper energetic tendencies and life themes. What to do (and say) when astrology isn’t landing for you. How to sit with skepticism, resistance, or confusion without shutting down your curiosity. Meredith shares about the current astrological zeitgeist; including the rare and powerful collective energy we’re moving into with a once-in-6,000-year Aries stellium that is catalyzing both individual and collective courage, initiation, and forward momentum. An approach that is both grounded and expansive. Meredith’s blend of pattern-based logic, data awareness, intuitive insight, and mythic understanding invites listeners to engage astrology in a way that feels both accessible and profound. This episode is a vibrant weave of story, insight, and depth—perfect for astrology lovers and curious seekers alike. We feel so grateful for this conversation with Meredith, and can’t wait to have her back for more cosmic explorations!
