    Who's in Charge? Part 2 How To Lead Your Kids Without Discouraging Them

    We talk about how a parent can hold real authority without using it in a way that discourages a child and drives quiet withdrawal.     Rhythms That Last- Built to Last Part 3

    We talk about why family routines rarely get formally “canceled” and how they quietly die when we live by default instead of choosing rhythms on purpose.
