    The Math of Kindness: Why Cooperation Wins (From Confucius to Game Theory)

    What does an ancient Chinese philosopher have in common with a modern computer simulation? It turns out, they both discovered the exact same secret to human survival. In this video, we explore the incredible convergence of the Confucian concept of Ren (仁), the Golden Rule found in major world religions, and the "cold, hard logic" of Game Theory.     Unlock Long-Term Weight Loss Success (It's Easier Than You Think!)

    You want to lose weight. l have good news and I have bad news. The bad news is there are no shortcuts. The good news is you don't have to follow a ridiculous diet or do crazy fitness routines. .  At one point in my late 30s I weighed 280 pounds, I had smoked for decades, and hadn't exercised in about as long. Fast forward to my late 40s and I had lost 100 pounds and ran my first marathon.
