    I’ve started a new song series based on the book of Jonah, beginning with “Arise, Go, and Cry Aloud.” Jonah was called to take God’s warning to Nineveh, yet while a storm raged around him, God’s messenger was asleep. His story speaks powerfully to God’s people today: this is no time for His watchmen to slumber. But every rejection hardens the heart, until persistent resistance can silence the Spirit's voice forever. Yet this is not merely a warning—it is a message of hope.     Guard the Avenues of Your Soul

    I finished this song while waiting in the pet emergency hospital. The great controversy is a battle for the heart and mind. From Eden to the final conflict, the enemy has sought to influence us through what we see, hear, think upon, and cherish. “Guard the Avenues of Your Soul” is a call to guard these avenues, hide God’s Word in our hearts, and walk daily with the Holy Spirit.     Restoring God’s Foundation

    Restoring God’s Foundation may be considered controversial because it addresses issues that challenge many of today’s cultural values. Yet its purpose is not to condemn people, but to present what the Bible teaches about creation, marriage, the Sabbath, human identity, sin, and restoration. Beginning with God’s perfect creation and ending with the call to “build the old waste places” and “raise up the foundations of many generations” (Isaiah 58:12), the song calls us back to God’s original design.
