    Branching Out: Nature's Role in Gang Prevention

But on the trails and under the trees, a different kind of intervention is taking root. In this episode, host Michelle Marques turns things over to KRCB’s Shandra Back to explore how LandPaths is using nature as a powerful sanctuary and learning ground for at-risk teens. In today’s episode, host Michelle Marques heads to Russian River Books and Letters, an independent bookstore in Guerneville to talk about literacy, schools, community, and the things that connect us. Parent Christie George wanted to help Monte Rio School, so she reached out to Principal Liza Eichert with an innovative idea.
