Mindfulness Meets Hustle—With a Side of Rebellion. Let’s be real—personal growth can feel like a full-time job, and nobody has time for vague self-help advice that doesn’t actually work. Welcome to Zen, Grit & a Dash of Mischief, the podcast where we mix mindfulness, resilience, and a little rebellious energy to help you navigate life’s challenges without losing your sanity. Hosted by Andres, a certified life and success coach who’s been through his fair share of plot twists (paralysis, burnout, reinvention—you name it), this podcast is for entrepreneurs, creatives, and anyone trying to balance ambition with inner peace. Here, we don’t do toxic hustle culture OR passive "just let the universe decide" vibes—we do: 🔥 Mindfulness that works in real life (not just on a yoga mat). 🎯 Grit without burnout—how to stay driven without losing yourself. 💡 Creative problem-solving when life throws you curveballs. 🧘 Mental resilience, because let’s be honest, life gets messy. 😆 And just enough humor and mischief to keep things interesting. Expect raw, no-BS solo deep dives, guest conversations with people who’ve been through the fire and came out stronger, and guided meditations to keep you grounded while you go after your goals. If you’re ready to ditch the excuses, embrace the chaos, and turn your struggles into fuel, you’re in the right place. 🚀✨ 🎧 New episodes every Monday and Wednesday – Subscribe now, and let’s get into it. 2. Mindfulness for People Who Suck at Meditating

Mindfulness for People Who Suck at Meditating

We all know that sitting down and focusing on ‘nothing’ is a tough task for many of us. We can all agree that the moment we decide to sit still, our minds wonder off into a rabbit hole filled with worries, cringe-worthy memories and even mundane tasks such as grocery shopping. We like to call this phenomenon chaotic mess and if this sounds like you, first of all, you do not need to feel ashamed and second, this episode is designed for you. In this episode we will be focusing on moving away from the orthodox beliefs surrounding meditation. Mediation is not the only way to harness mindfulness and in fact, for some, meditation may only complicate things. Zhou’s methods center around mindfulness without ‘normal’ meditation, which they call range from movement, breathwork, single-tasking to even breath-work. Mark my words; these are way more effective. After all, you shouldn’t have to change your life to integrate mindfulness, instead, mindfulness should fit into your schedule. Alongside that, we also explore how life should neither be treated as an escape nor an escape, instead, it should be enjoyed. In relation to that, consider the simple act of drinking a piping hot cappuccino on a chilly morning; it is relaxing, refreshing, and a way to focus on and appreciate the moment. If you've looked in the mirror and thought, “I suck at meditating” then let me stop you there, instead of worrying, know that you are not broken in any way and every single person can resonate. Do join us and voila, just like that, meditation will work for you. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
