Founded in Amsterdam, Goodoo creates creamy ice cream made from plant based ingredients, including upcycled cashews via Johnny Cashew and rescued fruit streams. What started with a food truck selling ice pops at festivals has grown into a national brand. Goodoo is one of the few emerging ice cream brands in the Netherlands successfully building both retail and horeca distribution, a combination usually dominated by large FMCG brands. Goodoo products are now available at various supermarkets: Albert Heijn, PLUS, Dekamarkt, Boon’s Market and more than 650 horeca locations. In 2025 the company generated nearly 2m EUR revenue and sold more than 2.5 million units. Goodoo is currently raising 1m EUR to reach profitability and continue scaling. Their Broccoli crowdfunding campaign has already surpassed 500k EUR.
