Standing Firm When the World Demands Compromise: Daniel 3 | EP. 04

The word “compromise” often seems like the best solution when it comes to settling disputes, but it can be the worst choice when it requires you to surrender your morals, values, and standards. In this episode, I talk about how God will back us up when we stand firm in our faith in Him. We often believe or even expect that God should save us from all of our problems. However, not all problems are caused by our faith in God. Many of our struggles are the result of our rejection of Him. Does this mean that God will not help us when we fall? No. He is always there for us, but He does not always manifest Himself in the way we expect. When we are in sin and then repent, God is there to redirect us, forgive us, and heal us. This is not the same scenario as faithfully pursuing God, as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did. They witnessed God stand up for them because they demonstrated unwavering loyalty to Him. If we want to experience God in the same way through protection followed by promotion, we must be unashamed and unwavering in our faith in Him. Faith is not just what you believe; it is what you live for and what you live out. Let us not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds and our hearts. KE

How To Get Over Fear | EP. 03

Fear is one of the most powerful emotions we experience—and if we’re not careful, it can shape how we view life. There’s a crucial difference between wisdom and fear: wisdom leads to preparation, while fear leads to paralysis. In contrast, faith doesn’t deny fear—it moves forward in spite of it. In this episode, I reflect on an insightful article by author Charaia Rush about fear, trust, and faith. I share my favorite excerpts and break them down piece by piece, offering biblical insight and real-life application to help you better understand how fear operates—and how faith sets us free. 🔗 Read the original article here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DH6CPzGR7bR/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== And remember: Keep Fighting The Good Fight of Faith.

Do It Afraid | EP. 02

In this week’s episode, we’re talking about something many of us wrestle with quietly—fear and how it often leads us to try and take control of everything around us. Whether it's people, situations, or outcomes, fear can slowly turn us into someone we never intended to be. But what if faith doesn’t mean never feeling afraid? What if it’s about learning to move forward even when fear is present? I’m sharing how fear has shown up in my own life, how it led me to try and shape everything to fit a certain outcome, and how God has been teaching me to trust Him instead of trying to manage everything myself. Letting go isn’t easy. Trusting God takes humility, patience, and a willingness to admit we don’t have all the answers. If you’ve ever struggled with control, fear, or just trying to hold everything together, this one is for you.
