T.R.O.N. Podcast. The Randomness of Nothing

Hello and thank you for coming! I'd like you all to know a little about me. My name is Rashad Woods, the creator of The T.R.O.N. Podcast, The Randomness of Nothing. I decided to dive into the world of podcasting because I am always seeking answers to the world around me. Often times, I'll dive deep into for hours on the internet or a documentary just to find out interesting information. I decided to call this podcast the randomness of nothing, because well, random thoughts of interest fill my days! I love to learn about new things, how they work, how they were made or what people do for a living and why. Folks frequently tell me in casual conversations about all the random weird things I seem to know about, and yeah, I'm kind of a geek when it comes to that! It came to me to take that interest to the next level by talking to subject matter experts in topics that interest me! I hope you become a dedicated listener to the podcast! In my free time, I work out, watch movies and practice martial arts. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a brown belt in Taekwondo and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Let's dive in and take the trip into randomness together! Hosted on Acast. Healing Trauma via the Subconscious Mind with Maria Micha

Maria Micha is an accomplished psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and spiritual practitioner with nearly three decades of clinical international experience. Professionally trained in both the United Kingdom and the United States, her career spans work with individuals, couples, families, and organizations across the UK, USA, Greece, and Singapore. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University (USA) and advanced training in Systemic and Family Therapy as well as Adlerian Theory from City University (UK).  Throughout her career, Maria has dedicated herself to helping clients move past temporary coping mechanisms into deep, sustainable life transformations. She is the creator of the Anagenesis Method™, a unique integrative therapeutic framework that bridges the gap between traditional clinical psychology and profound spiritual wisdom. By simultaneously engaging the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, body memory, and intuitive healing, her methodology effectively addresses early childhood relational wounds, limiting belief structures, and generational trauma.    In addition to her clinical work, Maria is a multidimensional creative who works as an actor, artist, and author. She frequently weaves these artistic practices with her psychological expertise, exploring themes of healing, identity, and ancestral patterns through visual storytelling and performance. Guided by her core mission to "heal the world one person at a time," Maria works at a thoughtful, empathetic pace that emphasizes trust, deep emotional integration, and reclaiming one's authentic life purpose.
