Can You Actually Do This for 30 Days?

If you just had to give ONE thing your attention for 30 days, what would you choose? Would you: Write? Walk? Read? Build the business? Make the art? Get off your phone? Reach out to people? Take better care of yourself? Set boundaries? Have the conversation? Finally make the appointment? Or maybe your 30 days would be about something nobody else could see. Learning to trust yourself. Learning to rest. Learning to tolerate discomfort. Learning to stop saying yes when you mean no. Learning to believe that your needs matter, too. Thirty days isn't that long. But it's long enough to find out something important: What happens when you stop negotiating with yourself? Not when you're motivated. Not when you're inspired. Not when everything is going perfectly. Just when you decide: "This matters to me, so I'm going to keep showing up." I'm doing this for 30 days. And I'm curious: What would you do for 30 days? 💗 FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM 💡FOLLOW ME ON LINKEDIN 🔥Marcy

    Don’t Wait for the Sign

Most of us want to wait for “proof” that we’re on the right track, but in reality, the proof can only come after you take action. In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when you stop waiting to feel ready, confident, certain, or “in the mood” and decide to show up anyway. I share what happened when I pushed through a day when I really didn’t want to do something, and how the days that followed reminded me that we often have the order backwards. We want the evidence first. The confidence first. The sign first, but more times than not, you have to go first. This is about the moments when you choose to speak up, take the risk, make the change, create the thing, set the boundary, make yourself a priority, or simply stop disappearing from your own life ... without knowing exactly what will happen next. Because a feeling isn't a forecast. A lack of evidence isn't evidence that you're on the wrong path. And you don't need permission to take the next step. Don’t wait for the sign. Show up first. The results come after you show up. 💗 FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM 💡FOLLOW ME ON LINKEDIN 🔥Marcy

When the Old You Fights Back

You finally do the thing you’ve been saying you want to do. You start writing the book. Send the invoice. Say no. Ask for what you want. Put yourself out there. Choose yourself. Then… you feel like crap. You doubt yourself. You feel uncomfortable, exposed, guilty, overwhelmed, or suddenly convinced that maybe this whole idea was a huge mistake. So you quit. But what if that feeling isn't proof you're doing it wrong? In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when we make a real change, then  the old patterns, habits, and ways of being don't immediately go away. Your brain loves what’s familiar, even when what’s familiar isn't making you happy. So when you start doing something different, you may experience resistance that sounds a lot like: This isn't working. I can't do this. I don't really want this. Maybe I'll start again tomorrow. I want you to recognize that moment. Because the next time you make a change and suddenly want to run back to the way things were, you might not be failing. The old you might just be fighting back. 💗 FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM 💡FOLLOW ME ON LINKEDIN 🔥Marcy

Don’t Start Over. Start Where You Are

Don’t Start Over. Start Where You Are. Have you ever found yourself in a season where it feels like you're starting over? Maybe you’re retiring. Your kids have left home. You’re navigating divorce or widowhood. Your career has changed. Or maybe you simply woke up one day and felt the life you built doesn’t quite fit anymore. It’s easy to look at a new beginning and think, I’m starting from scratch. But what if you’re not? What if you’re starting from where you are? After 368 days away from my podcast, I’m back for Season 2. This episode is about what my own unexpected pause taught me about beginning again. ✨ We’ll talk about why starting over can feel so intimidating when you’re used to being competent, the freedom that comes from allowing yourself to be a beginner again. ✨ Plus 3 things you can do when you’re standing at the edge of a new chapter. You don’t have to have the whole thing figured out. You don’t have to go back to who you were. And you definitely don’t have to start from zero. You start from where you are. 💗 FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM 💡 FOLLOW ME ON LINKEDIN 🔥 Marcy

When Grief, Joy & Rest Collide

If the world feels too much right now, the world feels too much, if you're exhausted from all the things, or if you crave a sense of clarity or some peace of mind, this episode is for you. Today, Marcy shares about the breakthroughs that happened during her unplanned two-month break from the podcast. She talks about what life taught her through grief, reconnection, and soul-restoring solitude. From saying goodbye to a childhood friend, to rediscovering joy in old friendships, to a quiet solo trip through Santa Fe, these moments reminded her of 3 important lessons: ✨ Pauses are sacred, not shameful. ✨ Grief and joy can coexist. ✨ Rested energy = radiant energy. If you’ve ever felt guilty for stepping back or feared losing momentum, this episode is your reminder that rest is not weakness — it’s wisdom. A Therapist’s Tools to Ease Anxiety

In today’s episode, I visit with Kate Hannon, a licensed psychotherapist and coach for women. I’ve known and worked with Kate on and off since 2019. You’ll learn countless gems to improve your life NOW: *How anxiety is a doorway to walk through, and not a flaw to be fixed. *How to recognize the “sacred signals” your body is sending you. *How to heal the wounding so many people grew up with - pleasing, performing, perfectionism. *How to connect back to your body. *How to stop giving your energy away to everyone and everything else. *How to set boundaries, with yourself and others. This conversation taught me SO MUCH. I know you’ll want to listen to it again and again.
