This week’s On the Spot Football Podcast is a little different — but it’s a conversation that every coach, manager, player and leader should hear. 🎙️🔥Jason Lear joins Johnny McMurray to explore human performance, coaching behaviours, leadership, culture and performing under pressure. Why can someone perform brilliantly in training but struggle when the pressure is on? How do you create an environment where people can perform at their best? Are coaches being taught enough about managing people rather than simply coaching tactics?Jason draws on years of experience in performance analysis, coach education and behavioural science, explaining why the standards you tolerate ultimately shape your culture — and why “the environment always wins.”
