    Expanding the Map of What’s Possible: Body Changes, Dreams & Spiritual Experiences

    What if part of expanding in consciousness is learning to experience the world in a richer, more textured way? As we become more fully embodied souls, we may begin noticing changes in our bodies, senses, dreams, intuition and perception. Perhaps you're already noticing new sensations, more vivid dreams, synchronicities, moments of intuitive knowing—or experiences you don't quite know how to explain. In this episode of Embodied Soul, we explore what happens when we begin expanding our map of what is possible. I share some of the experiences I've been having, along with stories from members of my community, and we explore how we can meet these experiences with curiosity, discernment and safety. This isn't about creating a spiritual checklist, comparing experiences, or deciding that one interpretation must be true. It's about recognizing that none of us holds the whole map. Perhaps we're each carrying different pieces. That's what inspired this episode: to start a conversation about what we're experiencing and create more room for all of us to become curious about what might be possible. Because something has to enter the realm of possibility before we can experience it. And sometimes we don't have to know what something means. We can simply notice: “Hmm... that's interesting. I wonder.” Perhaps your experience is one more piece of the map that helps someone else recognize their own.     What If You’re Not Meant to Fix It?

    What if the thing showing up in your life isn't necessarily asking to be fixed?  What if you're being invited to see it from a completely different angle — and from a different level of consciousness? In this episode of Embodied Soul, Joanne explores the subtle but powerful difference between awareness, action, control, and allowing. Drawing on the Hanged Man from the Rider-Waite Tarot, she considers what happens when we stop immediately asking, “How do I fix this?” and instead become curious: “What am I not seeing?” This episode explores why everything doesn't necessarily have to become a spiritual lesson, why changing yourself doesn't mean changing someone else, and how the body's contractions, emotions, and repeating thoughts can become invitations to awareness rather than problems that must immediately be solved. We also explore the deeper reasons we may grip onto control — predictability, security, being needed, knowing the outcome — and what happens when we become willing to receive an answer we didn't already decide we wanted. Sometimes the answer is action.  Sometimes it's rest. Sometimes it's a boundary or a change. And sometimes we simply need to allow the next thing to reveal itself.     The Question My Body Was Asking Me: Can I Trust Her?
