    Kidnapped, Shot and Left for Dead in the Everglades

    At just 10 years old, Chris Carrier was kidnapped on his walk home from school, stabbed repeatedly, shot, and abandoned in the Florida Everglades. His attacker believed he had left Chris there to disappear. But six days later, Chris was found alive. Chris believes God’s presence covered him in the Everglades and that angels stood guard while alligators, panthers, exposure, and his injuries threatened his life. Yet surviving the attack was only the beginning of what God would do through his story. For years, Chris lived with fear while the man responsible remained free.
