60 Who Is Jesus, Really? The Bridge Every Christian Woman Needs

Who is Jesus, really? In this episode, we dig into the biblical truth of who Jesus is, why He came, and how surrendering to Him changes everything. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/lKNN8JFM3I0 We're continuing our Godhead series by turning to the second person of the Trinity: Jesus Christ. Together we unpack scripture to answer the questions so many Christian women wrestle with — was Jesus just a good teacher, or is He truly the Son of God, the promised Messiah, fully God and fully man? Using scripture like John 1:1, 1 Timothy 2:5, and John 15:5, we explore Jesus as the eternal Word, our mediator, and our example. We walk through the picture of Jesus as a bridge — the connection between us and the Father — and get honest about how shaky and uncertain that first step of faith can feel, and why it's worth taking anyway. This episode is for any woman who has ever wondered if she's too far gone, too messy, or too late to know Jesus more deeply. If you've felt stuck in a "sinner saved by grace" mindset, we talk about what it means to become a new creation, walk in your inheritance, and live with real hope instead of striving. By the end, you'll walk away with a clearer picture of who Jesus is, what He's already done for you, and what it looks like to keep taking one faithful step onto the bridge, together. Next week we conclude our Godhead series with the Holy Spirit — don't miss it. 📝 Share your prayer request: https://www.equip39.com/podcast Follow on Social Media:✨ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@equippedfellowship✨ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/equippedfellowship   Thank you for being apart of our fellowship ❤️ With Love, Hope and Nikki About Equipped Fellowship: We're two Jesus-loving friends on a mission to share personal stories, real talk, and Holy Spirit-led tools that strengthen your faith, transform your mindset, and help you walk boldly in God's promises. 59² Discovering Who God the Father Really Is | Overflow Episode

We couldn't stop worshiping after reading through the full character of God as our Father — so we hit record. This is our raw, unfiltered reaction to every trait on the list, and by the end we were both undone by who He really is. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/S5KD2_YcJAQ If you've ever struggled to feel God's love, this conversation is for you. We talk through what it means that God is our Father — not a genie we call on when we need something, but the Great Physician, the Creator, and Love itself. We unpack why so many of us try to force love outward without ever receiving it from Him first, and why that always leaves us empty. We also get honest about the moments we forget who our Father is — when life gets heavy, when we get "funky and dumpy," when we become our own worst bully. And we talk about the verse that keeps showing up in this season: "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10). Being still isn't passive. It's trust. It's teaching a body and a nervous system that has known chaos for years how to finally rest in a Father who has never once let go. We reference Moses and Exodus 3:14, where God declares Himself simply as "I AM" — not defined by circumstance, not changing with the seasons, always consistent, always present. When you really grasp that He is who He is, you stop white-knuckling your way through life and start receiving the identity He's already given you as His daughter. This episode is a companion to our main teaching this week on the traits and character of God the Father — be sure to listen to that here ( https://youtu.be/XnWOqifHj1Y ). It will deepen your walk with Him and change the way you pray. We'd love to know — which trait of God as Father speaks to you most right now? Drop it in the comments. We read every single one, and we love hearing which part of His character is meeting you in this season.  If this blessed you, hit subscribe so you don't miss next week's episode, and share it with a sister who needs to remember whose she is today. May you walk away from this episode more sure of your Father's love than you were when you hit play. He is who He is, and He is not done with you. 📝 Share your prayer request: https://www.equip39.com/podcast Follow on Social Media: ✨ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@equippedfellowship ✨ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/equippedfellowship Thank you for being apart of our fellowship ❤️ With Love, Hope and Nikki About Equipped Fellowship: We're two Jesus-loving friends on a mission to share personal stories, real talk, and Holy Spirit-led tools that strengthen your faith, transform your mindset, and help you walk boldly in God's promises. 59 Discovering Who God the Father Really Is

Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/XnWOqifHj1Y Discovering who God the Father really is changes everything about how we pray, trust, and worship. Not the genie who fixes our problems, not the distant judge from the Old Testament, but the God whose character we can fully trust. This episode continues our Godhead series as we go beyond Camp Jesus to explore His names, His nature, and His heart. Every one of us has built a picture of God from our circumstances, our disappointments, or even our earthly fathers. But Scripture reveals something different. When Moses asked to see God's glory, God didn't hand him a checklist. He revealed His character (Exodus 34:6-7). We unpack what it means that God is love (1 John 4:8), walking through 1 Corinthians 13 as a description of who He is, not just what love does. We talk honestly about loving correction versus criticism, why God is called a jealous God and what that actually means, the beauty of being adopted as sons and daughters (Romans 8:15), and how God's omnipresence and omnipotence set Him apart from anything the enemy can offer. We also share real, unfiltered life moments, including a story about health, healing, and choosing to trust God's character even when circumstances say otherwise. Then we walk through a list of the names and characteristics of God from Scripture: Advocate (1 John 2:1)Almighty One (Revelation 1:8)Amen (Revelation 3:14)Author and Perfecter of our Faith (Hebrews 12:2)Comforter (Jeremiah 8:18)Foundation (Isaiah 28:16)Friend of Sinners (Matthew 11:19)Guide (Psalm 48:14)Indescribable Gift (2 Corinthians 9:15)Judge (Acts 10:42)Light of the World (John 8:12); (John 9:5)Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5)Messiah (John 1:41)One Who Sets Us Free (John 8:36)Our Hope (1 Timothy 1:1)Peace (Ephesians 2:14)Physician (Matthew 9:12)Redeemer (Isaiah 41:14), (Job 19:25)Refiner (Malachi 3:2)Refuge (Isaiah 25:4)Sacrifice (Ephesians 5:2); (1 John 4:10)Servant (Isaiah 42:1)Shepherd (1 Peter 2:25)Teacher (Matthew 26:18)Truth (John 8:32; 14:6)Wonderful Counselor (Isaiah 9:6) We encourage you to sit with one name this week and let it deepen your trust. If this episode encouraged you, share it with a friend who needs a fresh perspective on the heart of God. Subscribe to Equip Fellowship for more conversations on faith, identity, and walking boldly in God's promises. Which name or characteristic of God spoke to you most today? Tell us in the comments, we would love to hear your story. Next week we continue our Godhead series with God the Son, Jesus Christ, why He came, what He accomplished on the cross, and how He perfectly reveals the Father's heart. The more we know God's character, the more we trust God's heart. Keep seeking, keep abiding in Him, and keep living equipped by His truth. 58² Don't Stop at Jesus: Discover the Full Access God Has Already Given You | Overflow Episode

Discover how to access the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit every single day — and why missing one part of the Godhead means missing most of what God has for you. We just went on a ride with the Holy Spirit in this overflow conversation — and honestly, it changed how we think about our daily walk with God. In the main episode, we unpacked the Trinity (or as scripture actually calls it, the Godhead), and what spilled over into this conversation was something we weren't expecting: clarity. What does it actually look like to walk with the whole Godhead — not just one part? We share a real, raw moment of realizing we had unknowingly been giving credit to only one part of the Godhead for things that were actually a team effort. Jesus goes before us. Holy Spirit gives us the power. The Father holds the whole gift. And when we don't access all three, we're living in the bottom corner of the page — missing the fullness of everything He wrote for us. We talk about what it looks like to access each part of the Godhead in the most ordinary moments — a morning run, a moment of fear, a download that needs to go straight into your phone. This is about leveling up in your faith, not just knowing more theology, but living with more intentionality in your relationship with God. We also sit with a beautiful question: when we get to heaven, will our unanswered questions even matter when we're overwhelmed by His glory? And what will matter most isn't how much we understood — it's what our heart posture was toward the whole Godhead. Heart posture. That's what we keep coming back to. And if you've been on this journey with us, you know we believe that with everything in us. If this conversation stirred something in you, we want to hear from you. Drop a comment below — which part of the Godhead do you feel most connected to, and which one do you want to grow in? If we're new to you, welcome, sister. This is a space for Christian women who want to go deeper — not just know about God, but actually know Him. 58 Don't Stop at Jesus: Discover the Full Access God Has Already Given You

The Godhead changed everything — how we hear from God, face hard seasons, and walk with real confidence. If you've ever felt like you're only experiencing part of God's power, this episode is for you. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/Ov9OeG9eNoA We're diving deep into one of the most beautiful, practical mysteries of our faith: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Not just as theology, but as a living, breathing relationship that is available to every one of us — right now, in everyday life. Here's what we've discovered on our own journey: we access Jesus through faith, the Father through prayer, and the Holy Spirit through surrender. When we learned to stop camping out at just one and began leaning into all three as a team, everything shifted — our confidence, our clarity, and our ability to walk through hard things without falling apart. In this episode, we talk through: - What the Godhead actually is and why it matters for your daily walk- How to access all three persons of God — and why most of us are only experiencing a fraction of what's available- Real-life stories of Holy Spirit nudges, stepping out in obedience, and what happens when you finally let go of the wheel- A powerful personal exercise: taking the hard words in your life (like shame or uncertainty) and mapping where the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit meet you there- Why white-knuckling your faith will always leave you exhausted — and what to do instead- How the power that raised Jesus from the dead literally lives inside of you We also anchor everything in Matthew 28:19 and Ephesians 2:18, because this isn't just a feeling — it's biblical truth. This episode is part of an ongoing series on walking more deeply with God. If you haven't listened to our episodes on discernment, the But God moments, or God's will for your life, go back and listen — you'll see this same thread woven throughout. Have you ever felt like you were missing a piece of your relationship with God? Drop a comment below and tell us which part of the Godhead you want to grow in — the Father, the Son, or the Holy Spirit. We'd love to pray for you and grow together. If this episode encouraged you, share it with a sister who needs to be reminded: she is loved by the Father, saved by the Son, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. That truth is for her. Subscribe so you never miss an episode, and come find us in the community where friends become family through Christ. You are not alone. You have a whole team rolling with you. Stay equipped. 57² True Discernment Explained — And Why You're Closer to It Than You Think | Overflow Episode

Do you trust God's Word as truth — or just a good story? In this overflow episode on Christian discernment for women, we get real about the one thing blocking us from hearing God clearly: ourselves. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/SIjk2Qylpg4 We just wrapped our full episode on what discernment actually is (and what it's not), and we couldn't stop talking. The conversation overflowed into something we had to share with you. The conclusion that lit us up? Discernment isn't some mystical spiritual formula — it's trust. Trusting God. Trusting that what the Bible says is actually, literally true for your life right now. But here's where it gets honest: there's a difference between believing Scripture and trusting it. A lot of us read it like a history book. A good story. A collection of inspiring moments. But do we trust it enough to let it change what we believe about ourselves — our age, our past, our limitations? In this episode we talk about: - Why our own belief systems keep us from discerning God's will- The three steps of biblical discernment — hear, perceive, obey — and why that last one is the hardest- What happens when you obey with a dirty heart (yes, that's possible, and yes, it causes damage)- The cost of blocking God's discernment for years — and what it looks like to finally stop- Why pausing feels so hard (and why the emotions that flood in when you do are actually part of the healing)- How character is built in the hidden places, behind closed doors, in the pause We also get personal. There's repentance happening in real time in this one. There's honesty about bitterness, about tight fists around things we don't want to let go, about shoving feelings down and pretending they aren't right there on the brink anyway. If you've been asking God for discernment and feeling like you're not hearing anything — this conversation might be exactly why. And the answer is simpler (and harder) than we want it to be: trust Him. It always comes back to that. If this spoke to your heart, share it with a friend who's been wrestling with discernment, or save it for a day when you need a reminder that God hasn't stopped speaking. Subscribe so you don't miss the full discernment episode or any of our weekly conversations about faith, healing, and walking with God in the everyday. We're so glad you're here. 57 True Discernment Explained — And Why You're Closer to It Than You Think

Biblical discernment for women — are we truly hearing from God, or letting our past, fears, and intuition take the wheel? In this episode, we slow down and open scripture to unpack what discernment really is and what it is not. Watch full video version here: https://youtu.be/w5GLA7NstL8 We've all been there. Something feels off, our "radar" goes off, and we call it discernment. But what if what we're calling discernment is actually our past wounds speaking, our hypervigilance protecting us, or even our fear and anxiety clouding what God is truly saying? That's exactly what we unpack in this conversation, and we get honest about the times we've both confused intuition, judgment, and personal preference with the Holy Spirit's guidance. Here's what we explore together: True biblical discernment starts with hearing and listening to the Holy Spirit (Strong's H8085), pausing to perceive and understand (H995), and following through in obedience. It is not reserved for pastors or spiritually gifted leaders. It is available to every woman who walks with Jesus. We dig into James 1:5 ("If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God"), 1 John 4 ("test the spirits"), and land on Psalm 46:10 ("Be still and know that I am God") as an anchor scripture for the entire episode. True discernment is not about getting every decision right. It is about staying close to the voice of the Shepherd. We talk about why people who grew up in emotionally unstable environments often claim the most discernment, why that is worth examining with grace, and how fear and anxiety create murky spiritual water that makes it harder to hear clearly. We also share a surprisingly simple and practical tool for shutting down confusion and false Holy Spirit impressions in the moment, so you can get back to clarity fast. Here's the truth we keep coming back to: discernment is not about certainty, spiritual impressiveness, or controlling outcomes. It is about trusting the Father. Building a strong foundation in His Word, spending time with Him, and being willing to be wrong and learn from it. That kind of trust is obedience. And that kind of obedience grows over time. If you are standing at a crossroads right now in a relationship, a career, a parenting season, or a time of healing, we want you to hear this. God is more committed to leading you than you are to finding the right path. He is a good Father, and good fathers do not hide from their children. We would love to hear from you.
