At first I thought this was a dumb podcast. Why can’t I hear the video? Who are these people!? A dive into the Gifted Hater universe.

I can’t tell if he is trolling his audience or he really does shamelessly plug monster energy drink as hard as he does. He will completely steam roll his guests and do a cringe corporate monster energy read. It’s very uncomfortable and you can tell the guests are annoyed by it too. He then will get mad at his guests for even mentioning another brand, even if it’s not a soda brand, because it will “ affect” his monster energy contract. However if he is being ironic, then it’s a brilliant mockery of how corporate marketing has infiltrated skate boarding and exploited its “core counter culture image” to sell glorified soda to a mass audience. It’s also a funny statement on cringe podcasters, exhibiting Tim And Eric level humor. I guess either way it’s entertaining.
