Morning Brisker Ep. 143

Good Morning Briskers! Well we had to take some accountability this morning starting with our AM/FM tuning from yesterday. We didn't follow through exactly, BUT we will correct that course for today because we stand by our word. The rest of today's episode was really a nostalgic walkabout, with an old story being told that change some lives (literally), and a curiosity of old acquaintances that sparked from a mere popping of a balloon. We had come to this determination after seeing some talk about the Astrological sign of Aries, and the spiritual struggles that individuals that fall under this sign may be feeling. It may be worth looking into your astrology, and how you fall under the stars, at least for some guidance. Morning Brisker Ep. 142

Good Morning Briskers! This morning we went over our AM/Fm which, as it turns out, needs a little more looking into to be able to tune into more for our own identity purposes. After we reviewed that, the rest of the brisker sounded more like it was a collection of scattered notes that had been jotted down when the information was received, in hopes of passing it along for someone else to take in and use. We did circle it around to realize the excuses we make for ourselves, and how they can be holding us back. Also, we used the Law of Averages in an example that could be helpful if used in a way to "scare" yourself into finally doing the actions you have been putting off. Morning Brisker Ep. 141

Good Morning Briskers! We started out today by reviewing our AM/FM from yesterday, which then rolled us into a whole discussion of identity. The way we view identity can be unraveled down to something so much simpler, and it can be a challenge to understand because you would first need to decide how you want to be seen and "identified." Are you a warm color, soft color, sharp, stand out, etc.? It's all going to unravel the very basics of who we all are deep down, you just get to choose how you are perceived. We then turned our attention upward towards the stars. Following the strs and its' patterns is the oldest guidance in the history of guidance. Use it to your advantage the same way our ancestors did, and truly watch how much it can alter your life. Good Morning Briskers! After going over our AM/FM from yesterday, we discussed more on the topic of conventional vs. unconventional. This pushed us in the direction of identity, and what it means to find your own identity. Too often we run into the issue of our own identity, who we are, and who we perceive to be to others. When you present yourself as authentically as possible, you set the tone for your identity to be seen by others, but who are you really? How well do you present yourself to the person in the mirror? Find the true you, embrace your identity, and release that person onto the world. Instead of only viewing it as a currency, try to see being abundant in all areas of life (health, mind, body, etc.). By this measure, you can see how raising abundance in one area can help raise it in others, until they are all collectively bringing you to a higher standard and overall better lifestyle to match your wants and desires. Today's AM/FM (Activity Movement for Forward Motion) is to look at your life in certain situations and see how you're "probably right." Morning Brisker Ep. 136

Good Morning Briskers! After we went over the Further Advancing Reticular Training from the previous morning, we really started to notice how the vibrations of the throat can alter the expectations and movements of the body. This helps to further advance our minds to achieve the goals we are looking to complete. Now that the b******t is out of the way, we went on to discuss noticing speech patterns and body language of others, and how we can help ourselves by using these clues as possible warning signs for what's to come when dealing with other individuals. Then we went on to discuss how we can use these cues to predict a system, which can then show us how we are using a system until it's ' dried up. Which then brings about the question, are you stuck within a system that is no longer serving you, and if so why not try to break yourself free from it and at least try something new? It's the fear of ourselves that we use to hold ourselves back, so maybe its' time to use that fear to our advantage and take on some new challenges and see more of what life has to offer us? There's more to life than the current system you reside in, so use that to your advantage and go for more. At the end of the brisker, it turned into more of a disappointing scolding of myself and my patterns, but I guess that's the reason we are the #1 morning walking self-help blog podcast.
