    Ep 5: How to stay organized while juggling ALL the things!

    What does it mean to be productive??  That’s a question I can’t answer for you per say; however, I can share some insights that might help you redefine productivity and even success.  moving closer to your goalsaccomplishing tasks and projects seeing/feeling progress  Stop saying you’re busy - embrace a focused and productive mindset but let go of this “badge of honor”; embrace as much joy in the process as possibleGet clear on your goals and priorities - Get shit out of your head and write it down, use reminders, organize your projects, use listsHelp you stay motivated - post them somewhere you can see them, find an accountability buddyStrategize - what needs to be done, when, spread tasks out, delegation, outreach, collaboration Create a schedule that works for you not against your natural flow - stop pretending to be a morning person, create a routine that works with your energy ebbs and flows, bulk tasks together that make sense Monthly, Weekly and Daily Tasks Be open and honest with your loved ones about when you will be working and how they can best support you Get creative with your working time - treadmill, outdoor walks, stretching and foam rolling, Create productive habits and neural pathways that help you everyday Triggers - candle, lighting, musicBreaks - deep breathing, water, stretch, walk, music, dance, call a friend, etc Stay present - what are you working on? Stay committed to that. Set a timer, do not disturb, put your phone away, Let go of perfectionism - this one is honestly said all of the time but still important to remember, focus on progress  Give yourself time to rest and recalibrate time off of your phone time outsidetime just beingtime being creative read and learn This will help you see things in a new light, help you see patterns, help you come up with creative solutions, help you dream bigger
