    Hey everyone, this is the first main episode of our 2nd read, Ascendance of a Bookworm by Miya Kazuki. This 2nd read is a Japanese Light Novel that has also been animated as an Anime. This episode covers up to page 77 and stops before we get to the chapter titled "Learning to Respect Egyptian Culture". This is an isekai story and if you don't know what that is, don't worry we discuss it in this episode.
