You Can Be Creative AND Strategic

Send us Fan Mail What if you could be both creative and strategic? What if you could lead with your heart and still measure what is actually working in your business? In this solo episode of Be Visible with Veronica, I share a surprising lesson behind receiving the 2026 Pacesetter Award as a Managing Director and Executive Managing Director with Women Network. The award was based on performance, numbers, and analytics. And that surprised me. Why? Because I have always led with creativity, spirituality, intuition, relationships, and heart. But looking back at the goals I had set for herself, I realized something powerful. I was already doing the work. I simply had to learn how to measure it. I share how being more specific about goals helped my track stages, podcasts, networking opportunities, guests, introductions, and other activities that create visibility. And I discovered that I didn't need to know exactly how everything would happen. I needed to know what I wanted to measure. This episode is a powerful reminder that being intuitive and being analytical are not opposites. You can be creative and strategic. You can lead from your heart and still look at the numbers. You can follow your intuition while building a business with intention. I also talk about one of the biggest challenges I see with high achieving women entrepreneurs: They aren't short on ideas. They're short on focus and perspective. When every new opportunity looks exciting, it is easy to chase the next shiny object, spread yourself too thin, and end up exhausted without actually moving forward. The answer isn't necessarily another idea. It may be focus. It may be perspective. And it may be having someone willing to tell you what you are not seeing. In this episode: • The unexpected lesson behind my Pacesetter Award  • Why measurement changed the way I approached visibility  • How to combine creativity with business strategy  • Why you don't need to know the "how" before you begin  • What entrepreneurs should actually be measuring  • The power of proximity and being in the right rooms  • Why successful entrepreneurs are often overwhelmed by too many ideas  • How shiny objects can distract you from growth  • Why focus and perspective are essential  • What a growth and visibility strategist actually does  • How to identify evidence of success  • Why visibility is more than social media  • The importance of walking the walk  • Where the real growth edge lives  • My challenge for entrepreneurs who want to become more visible Being visible doesn't mean posting more. It doesn't mean being everywhere. It means showing up with intention, building what you say you are building, and creating evidence that your message and mission are making an impact. So ask yourself: What are you measuring? What evidence do you have that your visibility is working? And most importantly: What are you doing today that is different from what you were doing yesterday? That is where growth begins. GRIEF AWAKENED ME

Send us Fan Mail What if grief could awaken something inside you that you never knew was there? In this episode of Be Visible with Veronica, Veronica Bahn welcomes back Joya Sosnowski, award-winning author, sound healer, minister, and creator of Grieving Awake, for an intimate conversation about grief, loss, awakening, and after-death communication. Joya returns to the show one year after her first appearance, following the devastating loss of her 18-year-old son, Weston. Since that first conversation, Joya has written her Amazon #1 Bestseller, Grieving Awake, and has continued exploring the profound experiences that followed Weston's death. But this episode is about much more than what happened after Weston died. It is about what happened inside Joya. She shares the experiences that challenged her understanding of life and death, the moments that made her question what was possible, and the journey that eventually led her to discover what she describes as the deepest, truest part of herself. Joya also challenges the way we think about grief. Grief is not limited to death. It can happen whenever life changes us profoundly. A marriage ends. A career disappears. A diagnosis changes everything. A home is lost. The life you knew suddenly becomes a different life. We are taught how to change our lives. But what happens when life changes us? That is the question at the heart of Joya's work and her book, Grieving Awake. In this episode: • Joya's journey through the loss of her son, Weston  • The experiences that followed his death  • Why she initially questioned her own experiences  • How grief opened her to a deeper part of herself  • The spark of light she discovered within  • Learning to trust your own experience  • Why grief should not be ignored or hidden  • How to honor someone who has died  • Why grief can happen even when nobody dies  • What it means when life changes you  • The importance of living in the present moment  • Joya's powerful bubble metaphor for connection  • How love and connection continue beyond what we can see  • The mission behind Grieving Awake Joya's message is ultimately one of love. Grief changes us. It can break open the parts of ourselves we have spent years protecting. And sometimes, in the deepest darkness, we discover a light that was there all along. If you have experienced profound loss or a life-changing transition, this conversation may offer a different way to understand what you're going through. And if you've ever wondered whether there is more to this life than what we can see, Joya's story will give you plenty to think about. DRAW THE LINE

Send us Fan Mail What if the hardest things you've been through are not the end of your story? What if they are part of the reason you are here? In this episode of Be Visible with Veronica, Veronica Bahn welcomes Patsy James, health and wellness coach, entrepreneur, and speaker, for a powerful conversation about transformation, faith, resilience, and the decision to create a completely different life. Patsy's journey began with a life that was very different from the one she lives today. Raised in an environment where her choices were restricted, she eventually made a decision to change the direction of her life. Years later, after experiencing her own transformation with health and weight, she discovered that her personal journey could become something much bigger. Today, Patsy helps others create lasting change and has built a business around speaking truth, shifting habits, and sparking hope. But this conversation goes far beyond health and wellness. Patsy shares why she believes you are not defined by what you were handed in life, how she learned to trust herself, and why sometimes you have to draw a line in the sand and refuse to go back. The most powerful realization comes when Patsy looks back at the life she changed and says: "I did it for you." Her transformation was not only about herself. It became about the people she is now called to help. Stop Doing It Alone

Send us Fan Mail What if your next level doesn't require you to work harder? What if it requires you to stop doing everything alone? In this episode of Be Visible with Veronica, Veronica Bahn welcomes Celine Rasborn for a powerful conversation about entrepreneurship, leadership, self-trust, and the courage to create a new chapter. After more than three decades in corporate leadership, Celine knew she was ready for something different. Her entrepreneurial journey eventually led her to franchising, but the biggest transformation was not simply becoming a business owner. It was learning who she really was, understanding what she wanted her life to look like, and recognizing the importance of being surrounded by people who would support her, challenge her, and help her grow. Celine shares the mindset shifts that helped her move forward, including the importance of trusting yourself, knowing your worth, listening to feedback, and recognizing when you are out of balance. She also explains why she chose franchising instead of building everything from scratch and how having a proven system can give entrepreneurs the structure and support they need while still allowing them to bring their own strengths and personality to the business. One idea becomes especially powerful throughout the conversation: "Supported and surrounded." This episode is a reminder that you can trust yourself without doing everything yourself. In this episode: • How Celine transitioned from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship • Why declaring what you want can be the first step toward creating it • How to recognize when it is time to make a change • The leadership questions that helped Celine understand herself better • Why knowing your worth matters in business and in life • How women can embrace their strengths without losing themselves • Why feedback can be information instead of criticism • How to handle people who do not believe in your vision • Why Celine chose franchising • What to look for when considering a franchise • The power of having a proven system • Why being supported and surrounded can change everything • The bigger impact Celine hopes to create through her business If you are standing at the edge of your next chapter, this conversation is a reminder that you do not have to have every answer before you take the next step. Trust yourself. Find your people. And give yourself permission to be supported. If you're ready to become more visible, step into your next level, and create a life and business that truly reflects who you are, this conversation will inspire your next step.
