    The 4 H's to Success

What do fitness, entrepreneurship, football coaching, protein drinks, ADHD, and tequila have in common? Coach Skiver. In this episode of Might Get Loud, Brittany sits down with Greg Skiver to talk about the journey that took him from a kid constantly changing schools and getting suspended to becoming a fitness guru and entrepreneur.  Greg shares how a chance encounter with a local trainer changed the trajectory of his life, the lessons he's learned building businesses, and why he believes success comes down to four simple principles: Hard Work, Honesty, Humility, and Hunger. The conversation covers everything from fitness myths and supplement trends to coaching athletes, raising kids, building brands, and launching a line of clean protein drinks, electrolyte beverages, energy drinks, mocktails, and wellness products designed for today's health-conscious consumer. Along the way, Brittany and Greg swap stories about football, family, vacations, ADHD, Chipotle addictions, and the importance of staying curious, coachable, and willing to put in the work. Whether you're looking to improve your health, grow a business, or simply become a better version of yourself, this episode is packed with practical advice, laughs, and real-life lessons from someone who lives what he teaches. From Feral to Fearless

What started as a conversation about fitness and content creation turned into a shocking and honest story about survival, accountability, rebuilding your life, and becoming the person you wish you had growing up. Jasmine Simanca, who is now a Pure Barre instructor and content creator, joins us today to share her story. Jasmine opens up about growing up with instability, struggling for years with undiagnosed ADHD, partying, working at strip clubs, getting arrested, hitting rock bottom, and ultimately completely transforming her life into something beautiful. And somehow through all of it, this conversation is still funny as hell. I think so many people will relate to this episode — especially anyone who has ever felt "too much," misunderstood, chaotic, behind in life, or like they had to rebuild themselves from scratch.  This is your reminder that your worst chapter does not have to be your final identity. Escaping Death

Today's episode is a shocking survival story! Host, Brittany Racine is sitting down with my longtime friend Courtney Wilkin to talk about the car accident that changed her life forever when she was just 17 years old. From being airlifted after a devastating rollover crash, to losing her leg, surviving over two dozen surgeries, learning how to walk again, becoming a mom, and now helping other amputees through prosthetics and advocacy — her story is unbelievable, inspiring, hilarious at times, and deeply human. But what makes Courtney so special isn't just what she survived, it's who she became because of it. She has this incredible spirit that naturally makes people feel seen, comfortable, accepted, and understood. Through her humor, honesty, resilience, and vulnerability, she's using her story to remind people to lead with kindness, stop judging what they don't understand, and learn how to truly accept themselves and others. We talk about everything from phantom pains, awkward questions from strangers, and wild college stories… to resilience, identity, motherhood, mindset, and finding purpose in the hardest moments of life. This episode is raw, emotional, funny, inspiring, and full of perspective.  Connect with Brittany:  YouTube  https://www.youtube.com/@mightgetloudpodcast  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brittanyracine_/ TikTok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@brittanyracine643 Follow Courtney: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/courtneymwilkin/ Oakland Orthopedics: https://www.oaklandoandp.com/  Limber Prosthetics: https://limberprosthetics.com/
