    RAIN Meditation for Relationships | Empathy, Projection & Emotional Awareness

    In this gentle guided mindfulness practice, we use the RAIN meditation method to bring more awareness, compassion, and healing into our relationships. RAIN stands for Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture. Through these four steps, we learn to notice the emotional patterns of another person, understand our own reactions, soften judgment, and release projection. This practice can be used for relationships with a partner, family member, parent, child, friend, colleague, supervisor, or anyone important in your life.
