Rory is the UK's leading Ultra-Marathon Coach and has over 1,200 marathons under his belt, along with 18 Marathon des Sables (the World's Toughest Footrace) completions, has trained the likes of Sir Ranulph Fiennes, has held 9 Guinness World Records, runs a successful coaching business, and has penned two books on his career. He also had GBS in 2016. Rory joins Rich to share his story, how he learned he had GBS, his experience in hospital, teaching himself to stand, walk, and eventually run again, and a little about the Coleman philosophy and outlook.
