    Episode 69: The Boys DROPPED the Ball

    On this episode of the Damaged Ones podcast, Mike Garcia & Sarah Altland got bones to pick with people in power. First, in Sarah's segment, Mike Johnson of Congress is upset that he and his staff and Congress as a whole has not gotten a raise since 2009, and that they "cannot live off of $174,000 a year"... so yes, Sarah is extremely pissed off about this as no one in higher power can relate to us regular folk and it is beyond insulting. In the second segment, Mike talks on the frustration on The Boys Season 5 Finale and how mediocre it was. The fact that it had so much potential to make a huge impact under the watch of Erik Kipke (Supernatural) and just ends on a whimper, no words can be said. But the real problem comes to the fact that a lot of writers for whatever reason cannot stick the landing when it comes to television shows. Ie. Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, Lost, How I Met Your Mother, etc. Spoilers in full talk. This comes from his content of antagonizing African Americans in calling them the N-word and keeps phrasing, they are "chimping out". Now here is the aftermath of discussions of what constitutes as "self-defense", and what is labeled is provocation and premeditated. Plus, Clavicular talk continues as he goes on Logan Paul's podcast saying that a woman's orgasm is not a good ROI for men. Then Mike has personal family issues as a family member continues to make the same mistakes, causing him to become more resentful than ever before. After the news of Megan Thee Stallion's recent breakup, female fans are flooding social media that they will cheat on their partners/spouses to avenge Megan. To that, Mike says, GO FOR IT!!! Plus, the juicy Chase scandal occurs as JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini is accused sexually coercing, drugging, and racially harassing a male junior banker, Chirayu Rana.
