    04 XVI The Tower

Friends, I pulled The Tower for this week. There is no sugar coating this card. This is arguably the most dreaded card in the Major Arcana. It speaks to a transformation that is not just personal, but change that rips apart social fabric. When you are in Tower moments they feel like the end--but it is important to remember they are not. Only after The Tower falls and the fire dies out can you see the nightsky. The Star follows The Tower, but that knoweldge doesn't make the moment of collapse any more easful to bear.    Whether it is you in a Tower moment or someone you know, remember you are not alone and this is not the end. Reach out to loved ones or porfessionals when you need support. Take care of yourself this week, and remember there's medicine in the moon always, but expecially this week.    Professional resources for folks in Canada who need support:  The Hope for Wellness Helpline provides immediate non-judgemental, culturally competent, trauma-informed emotional support, crisis intervention, or referrals to community-based services for Indigenous Peoples across Canada. Call: 1-855-242-3310 (24/7) Kids Help Phone provides mental health support and crisis services for children and young adults across Canada. Call: 1-800-668-6868 (24/7) Text: CONNECT to 686868 (24/7) The 9-8-8: Suicide Crisis Helpline is funded by the Government of Canada and delivered by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and their partners. Our role in 9-8-8 is to ensure telecommunications service providers implement the three-digit number.    Music and Sound from Episode Music: Last Nomad by VOLO  from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/volo/last-nomad License code: TI2GHBIKKL4GY7QB Singing Bowls in Bysing Woods, Personal Recording.

    03 XIX The Sun

Together with a new moon in Libra, the invitation is to plant a seed of joy, celebration despite, despite, despite. Card XIX of the Major Arcana gives us the image of a child riding a horse in celebration after a major life changing journey. This week’s card says, in spite of everything, or rather because of everything, make a wish. Bring into being something fair, joyous and wise. Don't succumb to the despair--stay restless. https://amnesty.ca/no-more-stolen-sisters/ Music and Sound from Episode Music: Last Nomad by VOLO  from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/volo/last-nomad License code: TI2GHBIKKL4GY7QB Singing Bowls in Bysing Woods, Personal Recording.

    02 XIII Death

The invitation this week is showing up to whatever is asking to be released or transformed in your life, in your interpersonal life, in your shared collective lives—this is the time to meet it on the road and offer it flowers. Maybe you’re not ready—that’s ok too. Find pathways of curiosity and mindfulness to invite what change is needed.  Trees and stars are your allies in this journey.  Links from show:  https://www.canada.ca/en/canadian-heritage/campaigns/national-day-truth-reconciliation.html https://www.theindigenousfoundation.org/articles/what-is-the-national-day-for-truth-and-reconciliation https://jessicadavidson.co.uk/2018/09/24/the-mythology-of-the-zodiac-libra-myths/ www.alexandrarossworks.com Book a reading: https://alexandra-ross-works.square.site/   Music and Sound from Episode Music: Last Nomad by VOLO  from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/volo/last-nomad License code: TI2GHBIKKL4GY7QB Singing Bowls in Bysing Woods, Personal Recording.

    01 Five of Wands

September 20th-26th This week, as the weather shifts and the cosmic clock strikes Equinox, be ready for the social fabric to rustle a little. Five of Wands invites you into the ring of creative vision and expression. It’s good to assert yourself in this ring, but remember there are others who are invited to assert themselves here too. Rebel Sister Tarot Trailer

Welcome to Rebel Sister Tarot: This is a weekly card reading by me, Alexandra Ross, your rebel sister. In a world run by a techno-fascist death cult, it can be easy to feel alone and that your actions are futile. That was their plan—so f%*# the death cult. This is your weekly reading and reminder to stay a little restless: the cosmos is so big and so wild, and we need you here.
