Christi explains the spring feasts - Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, and Pentecost/Weeks - and how key events in Jesus’ first coming align with them, then outlines the fall feasts - Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Tabernacles, and the Eighth Day - and how they may point toward Jesus’ return. They talk about Jesus and the early church observing feasts, questions about law vs. salvation, practical ways to “do” the feasts today despite no temple, calendars and resources she created, and how reading Scripture without perfectionism can still implant God’s word.00:00 Ruth and Feast Clues00:51 Show Intro and Guest04:10 Enoch and Wild Texts06:33 Beer Break Mocktails08:53 Why Feasts Matter11:37 Seven or Eight Feasts15:25 Fall Feasts and Return20:46 Do We Keep Them26:14 Sabbath and Calendars31:01 Faith Versus Works38:02 Easter Christmas Debate41:57 Santa Tooth Fairy Talk44:30 White Lies and Excuses45:23 Truthfulness and Forgiveness46:44 Pruning Comforts and Habits47:46 Alcohol Culture and Holidays48:59 False Witness and Intent51:18 Objective Morals and Relationship53:30 Cheap Grace and Real Repentance55:13 Post Truth Society and Politics57:00 Feasts as Spiritual Rhythm58:55 Unleavened Bread Explained01:03:17 Parenting the Commandments01:06:32 Feast Resources and Calendar01:11:26 How to Read the Bible01:24:26 Building Study Habits Together01:25:19 Beer Ratings and Wrap Up------------------------🎙️ Welcome to Two Beers and a Bible Podcast!Honest conversations.
