    Decenter Work: Why Your Work Shouldn’t Define Your Identity | Episode #8

    Many high-achieving Black women have built incredible careers, but somewhere along the way, work quietly became the center of their identity. In this episode of Fulfilled with Isimemen, I challenge a mindset many ambitious Black women fall into: allowing work performance, titles, and feedback to determine their sense of worth. While meaningful work can absolutely be part of a fulfilling life, it should never have the power to define who you are. Decentering work is not about caring less about excellence, it’s about reclaiming perspective.
