    15 women who contributed in making the Indian Constitution.

    As a Republic day is approaching, today's episode is very special to my heart. We all know that on this day India's constitution was formed in year 1950 by the drafting committee which was headed by Dr BR Ambedkar. However, lot of us are not aware that there was a team of 15 women in the same drafting committee who was responsible for drafting the Indian constitution. In this episode I have spoken about them and their lives without whose contribution the Indian constitution would not have been possible.  Jai Hind !!!

In spite of such a huge competition, Parle G has still maintained its position in the market & it is the most preferred biscuit in India even after so many years.

    In this episode of Failure to success, I have spoken about how last year has given bitter and sweet memories. How many of us have gone through a lots of tough time. However there are many who utilized this lock down in a constructive way and transformed themselves.  I have also narrated an inspirational story of Subhashini Mistry, who lost her husband just because she couldn't afford to pay and due to ignorance and lack medical facilities. It was a setback for her, but in these adverse times she didn't become bitter, in fact she took a pledge to build a hospital where poor and needy people who dont have enough money can be given free services.

    In this episode of Failure to Success, I have written and narrated a story about a small girl, this tells us that children are innocent, they have a clear thinking and they express what they feel. There emotions need to be heard, if we do not come down to their level and connect with them we cannot understand what their feelings are. Sometimes as a parents we give them our beliefs and prejudices which we received from our upbringing. This story also touches upon a very important aspect of parenting that children dont do what we ask them, they do what parents do through role modelling.

    In this episode of failure to success. I have spoken about hope and how only one ray of hope keeping alive can create wonders. Every time when we fail on our path this ray of hope supports us, elevates us and this one ray can light our lives. I have also narrated a story of Chennai based entrepreneur, her inspiring journey, indomitable will and her courage to come out of every odd situations in life and to lift yourself up and move on. Patricia Narayan who is the owner of Sandheepha chain of restaurants had to go through a very painful journey of early marriage, abusive husband, death of her daughter and son in law in a road accident. She was even ousted by her own family for marrying a Hindu boy as they were Christian. Patricia's rags to riches story started with selling jams, squashes and pickles from home and lots of hope. She took all challenges of her life head on and with the help of this hope and lots of hard work, today she owns a chain of restaurants, she is an inspiration to millions and won prestigious award of "FICCI entrepreneur of the year" in 2010.

In this episode of "Failure to success" I have tried to answer this question with the help of an inspirational story of the  Bamboo Tree.    One who grows the Bamboo needs to accept the fact that they take years to grow, one needs to have lot of love , patience & perseverance  towards the bamboo tree. Sometimes in life we face situations where in we do not have an answer for it at that time but when we give a little time to it, show some patience we definitely get the answer we are looking for.  This story perfectly reveals that if you are looking for big and steady success it takes time, only with love consistency and steadiness one can gain a success.  At the end of the story I have shared my insights about it.

    In this episode of Failure to Success, I have narrated an inspirational journey of Deepa Malik from a Wheel Chair to will chair. She is the first Indian woman to win a silver medal in paralympic.  Its  a story of her indomitable willpower.  Deepa had to undergo a spinal tumour surgery which got her almost 183 stitches between her shoulder blades. In spite of her physical limitations she chose to take up a new journey in adventure sports  which made her a paralympian. She won an Arjuna award and proved that nothing is impossible.

    In today's Episode of 'Failure to Success' I have narrated an inspirational life journey of  Arvind Gupta Who is an engineer turned Indian toy inventor and expert in science.  Who got the civilian award "Padma Shree". Its a Story about how he discovered his purpose of life and he worked to fulfill his purpose. He is also a passionate educationist, who believes children are the future of the world. He believes that children learn more through creativity, imagination and interaction. More than schools and classrooms children learn in outdoor environments.  Since past 30 years he has been guiding children and educators so that the children can be empowered through fun based, imaginative and creative learning.  In the end of the story, I have spoken about the learning from his inspirational journey.
