    ACTS:20:28-31/LUKE:22:31-34/1PETER:5:1-4/MATTHEW:26:31-35VERSE 15: WHERE DOES YOUR CONFIDENCE COME FROM?(Your old sinful self or the new person that has been restored by Jesus) Look how Jesus responded to Peter on these three occasions!!! 1. WHO do generally eat breakfast with? Why? 2. WHO do generally compare yourself to? Why? 3. WHO are generally loyal to? Why? 4. WHO do generally try to feed daily? Why?VERSE 16: HOW MUCH ARE REALLY CAPABLE OF LOVING JESUS? 1. What name/names do you call Jesus? Peter called him LORD? Is he the Lord of your life? 2. What is the difference between feeding the lambs and tending to the sheep?(lambs need be fed/sheep need to be guided) We must recognize who we are dealing with Lambs or Sheep!!! It makes a difference!!!VERSE 17: HOW DO YOU HANDLE BEING QUESTIONED ON THE SAME ISSUE? 1. It grieved Peter, what does it do to you? Why? 2. So grateful and thankful that even with Jesus knowing everything about us, He still continues to love us no matter what!!! 3. What are you being restored from today? Being humbled and forgiven is a powerful gracious gift from God!!! 4. Now go take care of my sheep!!! It’s time for us to start teaching the ones that have been caught!!!

    PSALMS 34:1-8/MATTHEW 11:25-30/JONAH 2:1-10/PHIL. 4:18-20 VERSES:7-9: COME and SEE!!! 1. Do you act more like John or Peter? John is thoughtful but Peter can be reckless at times!!! 2. Are you like most of the other disciples/Christians, waiting to see how it’s going to turn out before you move or speak up? 3. So thankful and grateful that Jesus is always taking care of His children!!! VERSES 10-11: COME and LEARN!!! 1. What is Jesus saying to you right now in your situation? Are you hearing/listening to him any? 2. What are you bringing to Him that you just caught? Wisdom or Foolishness? 3. What have you been learning through the past few months to years from Jesus? VERSE 12: COME and REST!!! 1. How well do you know His voice? 2. How do you respond to His presence/voice? 3. How do you feel in the presence of the Lord? Do you count it as a great privilege to be associated with Him?  VERSES 13-14: COME and EAT!!! 1. Who are you breaking bread with? 2. Are seeking them out for fellowship like Jesus did? 3. Wow!! Real joy comes from being in a shared and committed relationship with Jesus and others!!! Are you seeking after this kind of life?

    Matthew 26:31-35/Mark 1:16-19/Luke 24:13-16/Luke 24:41-43/Luke 5:5-7VERSES:1-3: JESUS’S THIRD APPEARANCE TO HIS DISCIPLES!!! 1. How has Jesus showed himself to you over the years? 2. Do you have witnesses of his actions in your life? 3. How did you and them respond to Jesus? WHO lead the conversation? Were you the leader or follower in those conversations? How did they turn out for you? Are you working out of your strength or the power of God to do things VERSE 4: NOT CLOSE ENOUGH TO RECOGNIZE HIM!!! 1. Patiently waiting on another day for the Lord to intervene on my behalf!! 2. Even when I am not seeking after Jesus, I am glad he never stopped seeking after me!!! 3. How far is your life from Jesus right now?VERSE 5: HE ALWAYS QUESTION US TO PROVKE A RESPONSE HE KNOWS THE ANSWER TO!!! 1. How do you handle his questioning? 2. What would he call you? Why? 3. How do you generally answer Jesus? VERSE 6: WHEN JESUS GIVES THE COMMAND!!! 1. The results when it is done under the direction of the Lord!! Whether the right or left side the fish would have been there because of the spoken word of Jesus!!! 2. When you are obedient to the call Jesus, expect major blessings to follow!!! 3. To blessed to contain it all for you and the rest of the family!!!

    HOW SHOULD A GODLY FATHER ACT? | TITUS 2:2:6-8

    2Timothy3:12-16/Eph5:1-7VERSE 2: WHAT IS YOUR MANHOOD BUILT ON? 1. Is your mind/soul healthy? Is it roots built in the things that produces the fruits of everyday living (good works) such as-Temperance/Dignity/Wisdom/Healthy Faith/Love/Endurance!!! 2. Our actions will naturally reveal the direction of our thoughts!!!VERSE 6: IS YOUR LIFE DISCIPLINED ENOUGH TO LEAD OTHERS IN THAT DIRECTION? 1. What are you teaching the younger men/fathers today?VERSES 7-8: WHAT ARE YOU SHOWING THE NEXT GENERATION OF MEN/FATHERS? 1. Are you an encourager when giving advice? What kind of insight do you have to give them? 2. Do you have a pattern of good works to show to ? 3. What are you showing them? How to live with integrity/reverence/incorruptibility!!! 4. Be careful how you talk to people-don’t let them get anything on you so that they cannot gossip about you!!! 5. In the end Paul wanted to make sure that the older men were showing the younger men through their actions how to glorify God!!!(By building his kingdom and strengthening the family unit). In other words stop blending in with this pagan society!!!

DO YOU ACCEPT THE BASIC TEACHING OF JESUS CHRIST AS FACT? 2. DO YOU BELIEVE ON HIM PERSONALLY? 3. HAVE YOU COMMITTED YOURSELF TO HIM?HAVE YOU BECOME APART OF THE CHAIN of WITNESSES TO CHRIST? This is the reason why the gospel of John is so different than all the other books!!! 1. John1:29: look the lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!! 2. John1:33-34: He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit!! 3. John1:40-42: We found the Messiah!!! 4. John1:45: we found the one Moses talked about!!! 5. John1:49: we found the son of God and king of Israel 6. John2: first of many miracles-turning water into wine 7. John 3: the story of Nicodemus 8. John4: the woman of Samaria 9. End of John 4: Noblemen whose son was dying and Jesus healed him without ever going to see him!!! 10. John5: Jesus describes the testimonies given to him by his father God!!! 11. John6: The feeding of the 5000!!! 12. John 7: the crowds started becoming larger and larger as they put their faith in Jesus!!! 13. John 8: the crowds continued to grow as they put their faith in Jesus!!! 14. John9: Contains the story of the man born blind(verses11,17,33,38) 15. John11: the resurrection of Lazarus-the last of the miracles 16. John12: Jesus entered into Jerusalem on a donkey-which we have come to call Palm Sunday!!!

    II Corinthians 5:1-8/I Peter 1:6-9 VERSE 29: THE LAST OF CHRIST’s BLESSINGS SPOKEN WHILE ON EARTH!!! 1. To all who believe on him as their SAVIOR!!! A. Visions that help grow your faith through(sight/touch/hearing) B. Miracles or special acts of God that help grow your faith  C. Something special happened to you on the inside from God that will help grow your faith and others will witness your Christian lifestyle around them  2. Is your faith leading you into blessings? True faith-believing God on the basis of his Word and then acting upon it!! 3. What blessings are we talking about? The word blessings is mentioned 101 times in John’s Gospel!! We are talking about the blessings that flow from being connected to our faithfulness!!! A. By faith that we become children of God!!!(John1:12) B. By faith that we have eternal life!!!(John3:16) C. By faith we are delivered from judgment!!!(John5:24) D. By faith we enter into the blessings of spiritual satisfaction!!!(John6:35) E. By faith we enter into the final resurrection with Jesus!!!(John11:25-26) F. By faith in Jesus we become blessings to others!!!(John7:38-39) G. By faith we see the glory of God!!!(John11:40) H. By faith we have access to a holy life!!!(John12:46) I. By faith we can have a fruitful and effective life in Christ!!!(John14:12) J. By faith we receive the benefits of Jesus’ prayers on our behalf!!!(John17:20)

(Belief or Unbelief) do you see the light or dark side of everything? 2. How did Thomas get separated from the other 11 disciples? 3. How would you respond to questioning from your brothers and sisters in Christ? 4. What made you a believer in Jesus Christ? VERSES:26-27: NO LONGER SEPARATED FROM THEM!!! 1. What started your new beginnings? 8 days later they are all together again including Thomas this time!!! 2. Thankful and grateful for Jesus showing up and out in situations where we feel(fearfulness/despondency/afraid of the unknown)!! 3. Do you have to see it to believe it also? VERSE 28: FROM DOUBT TO ONE OF THE GREATEST TESTIMONIES!!! 1. Are you ready to give your personal testimony about Jesus Christ? 2. My God/My Lord-which translates into-Jehovah/Master/Sovereign One!!!

Receive the Holy Spirit-learn how to use the power given by Jesus to receive and forgive one another sins!!! God can only forgive sins but the church(body of believers)have a responsibility to declare the gospel(good news) to all world, so that those who believe in Jesus can find the precious gift of forgiveness!!!Here are few things that can happen to you when you have been blown on!!! 1. We(believers) will see Jesus Christ in a new way-not from the flesh but in spirit, on high!!!John20:17 2. We(believers) are given a new title-called brethren!!!John20:17 3. We(believers) are told about a new position-Christ’s new position with the father he had been telling us about along!!!John20:17 4. We(believers) have a new place-set apart from the world!!!John20:19 5. We(believers) are assured of a new blessing-peace all around us!!!John20:19,21 6. We(believers) are given a new privilege-Jesus is in the midst of our journey!!!John20:19 7. We(believers) have a new joy-through the vision of the risen Savior!!!John20:20 8. We(believers) receive a new commission-sent into the world by Jesus as he was sent by God!!!John20:21 9. We(believers) are a new creation-having been blown on!!!John20:22 10. We(believers) have a new indweller-the Holy Spirit!!!John20:22
