The Radke Show

Melissa and David Radke

Melissa and David Radke have been oversharing their lives for years—on stage, on screen, and definitely online. So naturally, they started a podcast. One Marriage. Two Mics. Zero Filters. The Radke Show is what happens when two opinionated people sit down to talk about real life. They’ll cover the big stuff—marriage, parenting, sex, failure, ambition—and the small stuff, like why he can’t say I’m sorry and why she can’t be spoken to before 10am. If you’ve ever needed someone to say what you’re thinking (but louder), or remind you that your mess isn’t that weird, this show is for you. New episodes drop every Tuesday and Thursday—and they may or may not be carpool approved. Subscribe wherever you get your podcasts. Or don’t. They’re doing it either way. 🎧 Full episodes on Apple, Spotify, YouTube & all the usual places 📱Instagram: @TheRadkeShow | Facebook: @TheRadkes melissaradke.substack.com

Ep 65 - Skin Flooding Changed My Skin...and I Have On No Makeup to Prove It | The Radke Show

SHOW NOTES Skin flooding, the Huberman Lab, Brendon Burchard’s Growth Day app, and a Disney itinerary so detailed it made Melissa want to make out with David on camera. EP 65 is all about things Melissa and David have recently discovered and cannot stop talking about. Melissa came to the episode with zero makeup on purpose, because skin flooding has changed her skin in two weeks and she needed everyone to see it. She walks through the full routine, including seven layers of hydration, tretinoin, toner, and why your hands are always going to give away your age. David shares the Huberman Lab science behind doing the things you hate first to build discipline, and Brendon Burchard’s Growth Day app that has him showing up every morning. Then Melissa found one of her oldest mentors, Dr. Kate, on TikTok. Turns out Dr. Kate had been trying to reach her for years. The episode closes with David walking through his Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom itinerary minute by minute, including a 6:15 a.m. wake-up call, a rope drop route, and a plan so tight that Melissa guarantees nobody in that park will ride more rides with fewer steps. QUOTES WORTH HIGHLIGHTING “I came to you today with absolutely no makeup on. All I have done is flood my skin. And I can see an automatic change in my skin in the last two weeks.” Melissa, putting her skin flooding results on full display “I will guarantee you no one in that park on the day we are there will ride more things, wait less time, and walk fewer steps. And if you don’t understand why I make out with him the minute the cameras are off, this is why.” Melissa, on David’s Disney itinerary LINKS MENTIONED 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements: bit.ly/beautifulyu 📖 Melissa’s Book - Chicken-Fried Women: bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen Also Mentioned This Episode 📱 Brendon Burchard’s Growth Day App: bit.ly/BBGrowthDay 🎙️ Huberman Lab Podcast - Motivation & Discipline Episode: youtube.com/watch?v=84dYijIpWjQ 📲 Dr. Kate on TikTok: tiktok.com/@drkate67 WATCH OR LISTEN EVERYWHERE 📺 YouTube: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube 🎧 Apple Podcasts: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple 🎧 Spotify: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotify FOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE 📱 Instagram - @TheRadkeShow: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram 📘 Facebook - The Radkes: bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ARE YOU READY TO BECOME AN INSIDER? Ep 64 - Shoes in the House Is Disgusting and I Will Die on This Hill | The Radke Show

Shoes in the house, worst burgers in America, things you refuse to pay for after COVID, and a condiment flight that has Melissa ready to throw her wallet at the screen. EP 64 is one of those episodes where Melissa and David just get into it on everything, and the audience gets to pick a side. David has been wearing Arkansas Razorbacks gear non-stop since Remi went to college there, and Melissa has opinions about that. Tasting Table ranked the best and worst burger chains in America and Jack in the Box came in dead last. There is now apparently a secret egg roll at Jack in the Box that the internet swears by and Melissa does not believe it for a second. The long-held debate over shoes in the house finally gets its day in court. And the newest food trend is a condiment flight, which is exactly what it sounds like and Melissa is completely on board. QUOTES WORTH HIGHLIGHTING “He finds some women’s sweatshirts and one of them says nothing but Hogs on it. That’s gonna be a cold day in East Texas before I wear a sweatshirt around town that says Hogs.” Melissa, on David’s Arkansas gear obsession “I want my room to look like a crime scene and I want to head out. That’s the arrangement we have with movie theaters and it should be the arrangement with Airbnb.” Melissa, on why Airbnb’s cleaning fees make no sense LINKS MENTIONED 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements: bit.ly/beautifulyu 📖 Melissa’s Book - Chicken-Fried Women: bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen WATCH OR LISTEN EVERYWHERE 📺 YouTube: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube 🎧 Apple Podcasts: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple 🎧 Spotify: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotify FOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE 📱 Instagram - @TheRadkeShow: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram 📘 Facebook - The Radkes: bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ARE YOU READY TO BECOME AN INSIDER? ENDS SOON: Buy 1 get 1 for $10

Yesterday I got a text from American Eagle letting me know that they were having a sale and I was a VALUED CUSTOMER who may enjoy what I could get at a discounted price. Believe me when I tell you that I thought about this for about 2.3 seconds and then I thought, “Yeah! I am a valued customer. I deserve to spend $700 and save $8. I’m valued.” And that is pretty much how the story ended. I bought nothing that will make my life easier or better - but you better believe I saved around $11. 🫣 And that, my friends, is NOT the kind of sale I should get so excited about. Right now at Beautiful Yu, when you buy one collagen, you get the second one for only $10. Any type of collagen. In any form. Flavored or unflavored. Mix & match. You do you. Here’s why collagen matters so much for us as women: After about age 25 (25! Y’ALL!) we start losing collagen every single year. That loss shows up as fine lines, thinning hair, brittle nails, joint stiffness, and skin that just doesn’t bounce back like it used to. Collagen is literally the structural protein that keeps our skin firm, our hair strong, our nails growing, and even supports our joints and gut health. In other words… it’s foundational and should be taken seriously NOW. If you’ve been thinking about starting collagen — or you’re already taking it — this is the time to stock up. Getting your second one for just $10 makes it a no-brainer. Don’t wait. You deserve to invest in something that actually gives back to you. Mel This is a public episode. Ep 63 - Cattywampus, the BAFTA Awards, and a Trash Can Melissa Will Not Be Taking Responsibility For | The Radke Show

SHOW NOTES Prom season is here and Melissa is already confused. A text came in from another prom mom about a photographer charging $150 for eight photos or two spots for sixteen, and neither Melissa nor David could agree on what two spots actually means. Rocco and his girlfriend Tyler are going. It is happening. This episode also gets into podcasts as the new daytime talk show, why Netflix exclusivity deals scare Melissa, and the moment at the BAFTA awards where a filmmaker with Tourette’s syndrome blurted the N-word in front of presenters Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo. Melissa has thoughts on that and on a TikTok creator with Tourette’s whose content got increasingly crude as her following grew. Then Melissa hit David’s truck with Meredith’s trash can, checked the wrong side, and decided everything was fine. It was not fine. The episode closes with David and Melissa attempting a counting game they saw on TikTok. They are, by their own admission, too old for it. QUOTES WORTH HIGHLIGHTING “My hair is cattywampus. Cattywampus: a Southern U.S. colloquialism meaning askew, awry, crooked, or misaligned. That is my hair.” Melissa, opening the episode with a vocabulary lesson “I hit Meredith’s trash can and it went flying. I got out and looked on the driver’s side, thought, well my lord, I cleared that thing. But I didn’t. I hit it on the other side.” Melissa, explaining the truck scratch situation with full menopause-brain transparency LINKS MENTIONED 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements: bit.ly/beautifulyu 📖 Melissa’s Book - Chicken-Fried Women: bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen WATCH OR LISTEN EVERYWHERE 📺 YouTube: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube 🎧 Apple Podcasts: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple 🎧 Spotify: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotify FOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE 📱 Instagram - @TheRadkeShow: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram 📘 Facebook - The Radkes: bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ARE YOU READY TO BECOME AN INSIDER? Ep 62 - Have You Ever Just Thought About Disappearing? Melissa Has Thoughts. | The Radke Show

Melissa and David are fresh off a Sunday where they served all three church services, split a Whopper for lunch to save money, and then got a call from Remi who had just eaten $40 worth of crawfish and accidentally ordered market price on top of it. The sweet part: David had secretly hidden $40 in her car glove box for exactly this kind of moment. This episode goes a lot of places. Melissa shares her lifelong habit of mentally captioning cows in pastures for an imaginary calendar she has called the Cowlander. A real news story about a woman who walked away from her family at a Virginia Christmas market in 2001 and was found living under a new name 24 years later sends Melissa and David into a full conversation about escapism, intrusive thoughts, and whether every woman has at least once thought about just getting out. The sketch segment ends with David and Melissa acting out how each of them orders at a Mexican restaurant, and it is extremely accurate. QUOTES WORTH HIGHLIGHTING “Every time we drive by a pasture that has cows, I take a snapshot for a calendar. In my head. It’s called the Cowlander. I thought of that in the fifth grade.” Melissa, revealing a lifelong habit David apparently did not know about “She left. She never returned. Her car was never found. And I’m just sweating in my pits about this.” Melissa, on the woman who walked away from her family at a Christmas market in 2001 LINKS MENTIONED 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements: bit.ly/beautifulyu 📖 Melissa’s Book - Chicken-Fried Women: bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen WATCH OR LISTEN EVERYWHERE 📺 YouTube: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube 🎧 Apple Podcasts: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple 🎧 Spotify: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotify FOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE 📱 Instagram - @TheRadkeShow: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram 📘 Facebook - The Radkes: bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ARE YOU READY TO BECOME AN INSIDER? Ep 61 - Botox and I Have Zero Regrets | The Radke Show

SHOW NOTES Melissa showed up to EP 61 fresh off a Botox appointment, a little bruised and entirely unapologetic about it. She is not one of those influencers who won’t tell you what she’s had done. Never has been, never will be. This episode has a little bit of everything. Melissa’s mom is convinced something shady is going on between Lisa Rinna and QVC. There’s a viral video out of Thailand showing plus size women’s clothing stores with names like Love Calories, You’re a Chubby, Fat Beauty, and Pink Piggy, and Melissa and David can barely hold it together. The Would You Rather segment gets personal fast, including the time Melissa passed the eggs at her parent’s house the very first time David visited. And to close it out, Melissa’s TikTok Shop cart sits at $771 and she is defending every single item. QUOTES WORTH HIGHLIGHTING “I am not one of those influencers who doesn’t want you to know if I do Botox. I just got Botox in my face day before yesterday.” — Melissa, opening the episode with her whole chest “Where did you get that outfit, ma’am? I got that at the Pink Piggy shop. You have to shop at Pink Piggy. I do, I have to shop at Pink Piggy.” — Melissa, barely keeping it together LINKS MENTIONED 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack ✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements: https://bit.ly/beautifulyu 📖 Melissa’s Book - Chicken-Fried Women: bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen WATCH OR LISTEN EVERYWHERE 📺 YouTube: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube 🎧 Apple Podcasts: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple 🎧 Spotify: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotify FOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE 📱 Instagram - @TheRadkeShow: bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram 📘 Facebook - The Radkes: bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack: bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack 👋 ARE YOU READY TO BECOME AN INSIDER? Ep 60 - I Will Never Courtesy Flush and I Don't Care Who Knows It | The Radke Show

Melissa and David are back from Fayetteville, where they spent Valentine’s weekend with their college daughter Remi — and yes, Shep got them kicked out of the hotel. Classic. But before the chaos, there was something genuinely sweet: Remi chose a new church, said one thing to Melissa on the way home, and completely stopped her in her tracks. This episode covers all of it. Rocco volunteered as a buddy at Night to Shine, a prom for special needs adults put on by the Tim Tebow Foundation, and turned out to be the youngest buddy there and an absolute rock star. Remi told her parents exactly what she needs from a church and what she doesn’t. Then things take a sharp left turn into beige flag territory, Melissa confesses she will never courtesy flush, and David’s belt has been making noise for years and he just doesn’t care. Rounding it all out: the Winter Olympics, Lindsey Vonn’s torn ACL, and the news that the Olympic Village has already run out of condoms. There’s a lot going on. “My name is Michael. I don’t like questions.” — Rocco’s Night to Shine buddy, as reported by Rocco (who asks a lot of questions) “I’m not going to do a courtesy flush. I want to go in there and do my business like they did in the 50s.” — Melissa, with zero apologies LINKS MENTIONED📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack → bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements → https://bit.ly/beautifulyu📖 Melissa's Book — Chicken-Fried Women → bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomenAlso Mentioned This Episode🎟️ Night to Shine (Tim Tebow Foundation) → timtebowfoundation.org/nighttoshine🎬 "Eternity" — Apple TV (recommended by Melissa & Remi, watched Valentine's night)🎬 "Send Help" — in theaters (the movie they tried to see before the dog situation)WATCH OR LISTEN EVERYWHERE📺 YouTube → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube🎧 Apple Podcasts → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple🎧 Spotify → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotifyFOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE📱 Instagram — @TheRadkeShow → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram📘 Facebook — The Radkes → bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack → bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack👋 Are You Ready to Become an Insider?Become a paid subscriber to Stretch Marks and get:• Weekday POV Audio Messages• Twice-monthly We're Here for You Wednesday advice podcasts• Monthly paid-only posts• Community access for real conversation👉 Subscribe for $9/month or $90/year → bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack This is a public episode. Ep 59 - Taboo Topics, Family Triggers & the Stuff We Pretend We Don’t Talk About | The Radke Show

In this episode, Melissa and David dive into taboo topics: the things families avoid, the things culture now says out loud, and the emotional landmines we all navigate at the dinner table. They talk through everything from social-media blowback and public “hot topic fatigue,” to private family boundaries around grief, money, intimacy, and loss. What starts funny turns unexpectedly tender as they unpack the kind of topics people skip, suppress, or joke through to survive. Also in this episode: TV quote chaos, live audience podcast experiments, college homesickness, Night to Shine pride, and one very unhinged rhyme game that should probably come with a warning label. 🔗 Links Mentioned 📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack → bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack📖 Melissa’s Book – Chicken-Fried Women → bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen🎥 The Radke Show Playlist → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube✨ Beautiful Yu Health Supplements → bit.ly/beautifulyu 📢 Listen Everywhere 🎧 Apple Podcasts → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowApple🎧 Spotify → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowSpotify📺 YouTube → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowYouTube 💌 Follow & Subscribe 📱 Instagram – @TheRadkeShow → bit.ly/TheRadkeShowInstagram📘 Facebook – The Radkes → bit.ly/TheRadkesFacebook 📖 Melissa’s New Book – Chicken-Fried Women → bit.ly/ChickenFriedWomen📝 Subscribe to Stretch Marks on Substack → bit.ly/MelissaRadkeSubstack 👋 Are You Ready to Become an Insider?
