I belong to this wonderful community of women. We mostly run together, but that is not all. We celebrate each other, walk/run through life circumstances together, and pray for each other. There seems to be an epidemic of loneliness right now. We have lost the ability to make connections and befriend people in real life. Sometimes all it takes is to put yourself out there. On many occasions I have heard "You have such an amazing group of friends. I wish I did as well." I do have an amazing group of friends and I think you should know too.
