Episode 4 of In the Car with Hou – Maggie drives the streets of Houston with Bianka & Morgan. Bianka & Morgan began their memberships at Sesh in the fall of 2020 and became fast friends when they realized they both covered the walls at Sesh in post-it notes for content planning. On the drive to visit Tenfold Coffee on Yale we discuss whether hustle & grind culture is an internal or external influence, living by our calendars, the energy draining task switching and stretchy mindsets. Please note: In this episode we do discuss personal trauma with being attack and domestic abuse.
