    12: It's OK to Change your Mind!!!!

    Some days it feels like I’m one coffee short of losing it. Anyone else??? Adulting is hard. And when you have jobs and responsibilities and deadlines and kids you have to show up for, it’s it feels impossible to do anything BUT take a minute for yourself - especially when you need it the most. This week on Motherhood on the Move, I’m sharing why it’s 100% OK (in fact, encouraged) to punch the pause button and reorient what’s on your plate, especially for those like me who are sprinting through the days. I’m sharing how I manage my side hustles while holding down my full-time commitments. I’m sharing one tiny, yet mighty shift I made to help me stay afloat when I needed it the most. It’s OK to say “I can’t.” It’s OK to change your mind. It’s OK to prioritize your needs! I’m also making it a little love fest because I can never help myself. This community keeps my cup filled to the brim. - It's okay to take a break when needed. - Changing your mind is a sign of growth. - Ambition should not lead to exhaustion. - Self-care is essential for mental health. - Reevaluating commitments can lead to better balance. - It's important to prioritize family and health. - Not everything has to be done at 100%.     This week we’re diving into the coo coo competitive real estate market. Juuuuust when we thought things were slowing down, some pockets remained red hot. Yup - we’re still seeing COVID-era escalation clauses, cash offers, inspection waivers, appraisal gaps, and... some people offering their third born (kidding). I’m sharing some of my favorite tips on balancing buyer goals with seller realities so that you can craft an offer that feels most competitive and comfortable to you. From working with a local ~ and available ~ lenders to applying creative inspection clauses, I’m offering tips and tactics that EVERY buyer can consider to help enhance their offer. I’m also offering a BIG dose of encouragement 🫂 for anyone riding the waves of the sometimes turbulent process. Hang in there, friends. You got this!
