How to Start Over and Follow Your Dreams (Even When It Takes Everything You’ve Got)

What does it actually feel like to start again? This one’s just me and you. No guest, no script. A real, heartfelt conversation about where I’m at right now. I’m sharing what life in London looks like behind the scenes, what it takes to be bold when nobody’s handing you a map, and the dream big energy that comes with starting over. I’m also being honest about something I haven’t followed through on. I’ve said I’m writing a book. I haven’t kept my word to myself yet. And I want to talk about why. Because building a business takes so much energy. More than anyone tells you. And if we’re not careful, life passes us by while we’re busy holding everything together. That’s exactly why I believe in coaching. Not as a luxury. As the thing that stops you waking up five years from now wondering where it all went. In this episode: What starting again really feels likeLife in London and being brave in a new chapterThe art of happiness and following your dreamsWriting a book and the gap between saying and doingThe energy it takes to build a business, and what it costs youWhy life will pass you by if you’re not intentionalIf this episode stirred something in you, book a 60 Minute Energy Reset with me. Given a 1% Chance: How the Life You Build Becomes the Life That Saves You With Vincent Van den Broeck

Are you happy? Not successful. Not busy. Happy. That was the first thing Vincent Van den Broeck asked me when we met. Nobody has ever been that direct with me, and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. In October 2024, Vincent was hit by a car while riding his e-scooter in Brussels. Major brain trauma. Weeks in a coma. Relearning how to walk and talk from scratch. He was told he had a 1% chance. But this isn't really a survival story. It's about what he chose to do with the life he got back. We talk about:  🤍 Who he was before the accident, and what "success" meant back then  🤍 The day everything changed, and the low point he still thinks about  🤍 Why the accident didn't make him a new person, it reminded him what already mattered  🤍 How to choose your reset before life forces one on you  🤍 The difference between a genuine reset and running away  🤍 UID Club, and what an intentionally built life looks like on an ordinary Tuesday  🤍 His book, Everything Feels Impossible Until It's Done If you look fine on the outside and feel quietly stuck underneath, this one's for you. Don't wait for your own accident. The Psychology of Branding: Why People Really Buy with Hazel Turner

Why do some brands make you want to buy before you've even read a word? It's not luck and it's not just good taste. It's psychology. This week I'm joined by Hazel Turner, psychology-led designer, brand strategist and founder of Well Designed UK. Hazel has worked with Vogue, Marie Claire, ASOS and Revolution Beauty. Where most designers start with aesthetics, she starts with how people feel, using colour, emotion and visual perception to build brands that change minds. We talk about what actually happens in your mind and body in the seconds before you buy. Why "just make it beautiful" doesn't work. How colour shapes what people feel without them noticing. And why your brand will never land until you're clear on your own identity. Hazel also shares her own reset moment. The point where she realised staying small and hiding wasn't protecting her. It was holding her back. In this episode: The psychology behind buying decisions (and why they're never really rational)Brands that get it right, and what the ones that get it wrong have in commonHow colour psychology works on your ideal clientsThe first real step to building a brand that feels like youThe biggest branding myths Hazel wants to bustWhy your identity has to shift before your brand canIf you're a founder, coach or wellness business owner who knows your brand isn't quite saying what you mean, this one's for you. Rebuilding Your Identity After Divorce: Nancy Cicerone on the Body, Confidence and Starting Over

Nancy Cicerone didn't start out as a nutritionist. She started out on the floor. A marriage that ended. A move to Dubai with nothing but a decision that she wasn't going back to who she was before. A business and an identity rebuilt from scratch, at the same time, with no roadmap and no safety net. In this episode we go deep on what it actually takes to rebuild your life after divorce, when everything you thought made up your identity is suddenly gone. Not the clean, inspiring highlight reel version. The real one. The version where you're on the floor, and then one day you're slightly less on the floor. Nancy's now a certified nutritionist and body transformation specialist who's guided over 1,000 busy professionals to stronger, leaner, healthier bodies, without restrictive diets and without punishing themselves to get there.  But this isn't a nutrition episode. It's about the link between losing yourself in a relationship and losing touch with your body, and what it actually looks like to come home to yourself through it, not away from it. We talk about: - The moment she knew the marriage was over, and what the practical rock bottom actually looked like - Why she chose the body specifically as the way back into herself - The difference between transformation from punishment and transformation from coming home - What resetting your life after divorce actually requires, beyond the cliché of "leaving the past behind" - Her most practical advice for women over 40 who want sustainable change without diets or restriction If you're in your own version of this, a divorce, a relocation, an identity reset you didn't choose, this conversation is for you.
