We want to share their wisdom of God's Word with the world. Our podcast is recordings of our live Sunday School class.     We continue in our series from the book of Acts. Ch 14 is not included in our series as the file would not open on the cd we have of this lesson. In ch 15, we see a continuing conflict within the church about what the gentiles are required to do to be a part of the church. I am so thankful that God included the gentiles and didn't make it as difficult as some of these were trying to make it. We also see how to deal with newcomers in the church that might not be in the same place spiritually as others.

    What Are You Trusting & Believing? Acts ch 12

    We continue in our series from the Book of Acts. This lesson was originally taught in 2014 and comes from Acts ch 12. We have the 4 P's in this lesson. The Past: we look at the history of what is going on during the time period of this lesson. Peter: Peter is one of the main characters in this historical story of the early church. Prison: Peter is put into prison during this time because the man in charge wants to win the favor of the people. Prayer: People are praying for Peter, but are they believing?

    This continues our series in the book of Acts that was originally taught in 2014. We pick up today in Chapter 10. An angel of God speaks to Cornelius and brings him and Peter together. We see God showing more that He wants the gospel message sent to the gentiles as well as the Jews. What are you doing with the gospel message that God has entrusted you with?

    Today we meet one of the most influential people in the New Testament other than Jesus Christ. Saul of Tarsus. He was introduced in chapter 8, but chapter 9 is where we see his beginnings with the early church. I'm excited to dive into this character's life.

    What Could God Do With You? Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch

    Today's lesson continues in Acts chapter 8 focusing on Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch. This lesson continues our study in the book of Acts and was originally taught on July 27, 2014. Philip is willing to listen and follow God even when he doesn't know what God is doing. He continues even when God leads him to a man that might not normally be a part of his circle. What could God do with you if you were willing to follow?

    Today's lesson was originally taught on July 20, 2014. We look in the book of Acts specifically at a man named Phillip. We see how God used his background to help bring glory to Jesus Christ. We also look at a man known in history as Simon. Simon is a sorcerer that sees the power of Jesus Christ and His followers.
