    Maggie’s back after a winter hiatus (read: gray skies, low energy, mild existential recalibration) and stepping into spring with a different perspective. This episode is a mix of energy work, career pivots, and the ongoing experiment of being a person with a nervous system in 2026. She shares why she’s rethinking coaching, what it looks like to stop trying to “fix” everything, and why energy work is making a comeback—but this time, without the pressure to be life-changing.     In this episode, I’m sitting with a birthday that felt quieter than expected, a world that feels heavy, and a realization that hit me during morning meditation:I spend a lot of time asking for what I want—and not enough time asking what I’m offering. This is a rambling reflection on kindness, presence, and the uncomfortable truth that most of us (myself included) are way more self-absorbed than we realize.     Why I Love The Revivalists So Much

    I recorded this in my car instead of going into work. Part of the reason I love sharing about The Revivalists so much is because…I genuinely love them. But also because it’s really easy for me to be sarcastic and cynical about most things. Expressing joy can feel more terrifying than expressing pain. I’m learning that my biggest hangup with vulnerability lives there—having the courage to love things openly. On their website, the lead singer says: “This band is one of the biggest representations of love in my life. It’s love personified.” As a fan, I experience them as love personified. Their concerts feel like standing inside a container of joy. And when you let music move you like that, it will shift you. So…more live music?
