    Curiosity: The Bridge to Feeling Lighter

    What if you didn’t have to force yourself out of fear, worry or unworthiness — but could meet what you’re feeling with curiosity instead? Welcome to Season 2 and the first episode of the newly evolved The Aligned in Love Way Podcast. In this episode, I explore the energies we embody and how they can shape the way we experience ourselves and our lives. Fear, worry, shame, control, that flash of I’m not good enough — these feelings are part of being human. The invitation isn’t to judge ourselves for experiencing them, or expect ourselves to leap straight from fear into love. First, we notice. Then, we get curious. Because curiosity can become the bridge that gently shifts our energy towards greater trust, self-acceptance, authenticity and love — and ultimately, towards feeling lighter. I also explore one of the truths at the heart of the Aligned in Love Way: our worthiness, wholeness and lovability are innate. Life may teach us otherwise. Trauma, conditioning and our stories can take us out of alignment with that truth — but they never change the truth itself. So perhaps today, simply ask yourself: What could I get curious about? Can't seem to move my body parts around smoothly.. Hello Anxiety...What are you doing here? This is what anxiety can feel like for me. What about you? It's a different experience for all of us. AND it's very common to feel anxious- you are not alone. In this episode, I share how anxiety used to be a daily experience for me. And how it sometimes sneaks up on me. Surrender is the complete UNKNOWN. It is the opposite of control.     Sacred Waters Healing Meditation

    This is a special episode. A gift from my past self, a healing mediation I channelled back in 2022. Like so many of us at the moment, I was feeling tired and a little anxious when I asked Spirit "What is my podcast topic to be in service this week to myself and my community?" My intuition said 'heart healing mediation.' Then I heard 'Sacred Waters Meditation.' I had totally forgotten about this channelled meditation I had recorded long ago.
