    Defrag My Mom Brain with Me

    Welcome to Episode 15 of Jesus, Coffee, and Wine where I defrag my mom brain. In other words, there is no real point. I have too much swirling around in my head and I need therapy. So this is it. This is my free therapy--my unhinged, chaotic, brain dump as a 44 year old woman in perimenopause (I think?) who just needs to offload some of the things. I cover all of the things: 504 plans and IEPs, school administrators and frustrations with them, eyebrows, histamine allergies and wine, cottage cheese, how Greek yogurt does NOT taste like mayo, the Old Testament, and so much more.     Food allergies are no joke. And while our recent vacation was (eventually) a positive experience, we've had plenty of horrifying incidents that have nearly cost my daughter her life. I'm here to talk about it because you need to know. The allergy community knows the terrifying reality of what this is like, but everyone else? There's a disconnect. And that has to stop.
