    72. Let Them: How I Stopped People Pleasing and Took My Power Back

Connect with me via my private Facebook group here Work with me 1:1 here  I'm a recovering people pleaser. For a long time, I cared so much about what everyone thought of me that I abandoned myself to keep them happy. In my past relationship, I handed over my power and let someone else decide whether I was good enough or worthy enough. In this episode, I’m talking about Mel Robbins’ Let Them Theory and how it connects to breaking free from people pleasing. When I stopped looking to other people to tell me who I was, everything shifted. I found my confidence, I found the strength to walk away from a relationship that was hurting me, and I started becoming a woman who knows her worth and actually loves herself. We’ll also talk about where real identity comes from. Not from other people’s opinions, but from Source, from God, and learning to see how valuable and loved you are through His eyes. I touch briefly on my GRACE Model and how it supports this kind of inner work. If you’ve ever shrunk yourself to keep the peace, or felt like your worth depended on someone else’s approval, this one is for you. In this episode: What the Let Them Theory is and why it matters My story as a recovering people pleaser How self-abandonment shows up in relationships Taking your power back and walking away from what hurts you Finding your identity and worth in God, not in other people XoXo Adelle Subscribe for more conversations on confidence, self-worth, faith, and becoming unshaken.

    71. How to Take Your Power Back and Stop Playing the Victim, I Bet It's Not How You Think

Work With Me 1:1 here Connect with Me via Private Facebook Group here Your life will not change while you're waiting for everyone else to change. It's time to stop blaming your circumstances, waiting for apologies, and giving other people the power to determine your happiness, your worth, and your future. You are the main character in your own story. It's time to start acting like it. In this episode of The Feminine Christian Mom Podcast, we're talking about radical responsibility—the courage to take ownership of your life, recognize the patterns keeping you stuck, and make the decisions necessary to create something different. You cannot control what others think, say, or do. But you CAN choose who you become, how you respond, and what you allow into your life. Taking responsibility doesn't mean accepting blame for someone else's choices. It means refusing to let those choices define your future. I'll also walk you through my GRACE Method to help you move out of victim mentality and into personal power: G — Ground: Come back to yourself and find peace in God. R — Recognize: Identify the patterns, reactions, and choices keeping you stuck. A — Acceptance: Acknowledge what is without blaming, resisting, or trying to control others. C — Connect: Reconnect with God, your divine identity, and the woman you want to become. E — Embody: Start making decisions and taking action as that woman TODAY. You were created with divine potential and the gift of agency. Stop waiting for someone else to give you permission to live the life you want. Let them be who they're going to be. You have your own life to create. Be bold. Take responsibility. Make a decision. And MOVE. Your life is yours to live. Make it extraordinary. XoXo Adelle

    70. What if You are Doing it Exactly Right?

Work with me 1:1 here Join my private FB group here: Confidently Feminine What if your life isn’t a race to the top—but a hike up a mountain? Some people choose the easy path. Others push themselves a little harder. And some feel called to climb higher, take the more difficult trail, and become someone new along the way. In this episode, I share a realization I had about my own journey of growth. I’ve spent so much time focused on the destination—building my podcast, growing my business, making money, being seen, and becoming who I think I’m supposed to be—that I’ve sometimes forgotten the reason I started climbing in the first place. The real goal isn’t simply reaching the top. It’s becoming the woman I’m meant to be on the way there. Growth doesn’t always mean pushing harder, moving faster, or constantly asking, “What else should I be doing?” Sometimes it means staying on the path, catching your breath, appreciating how far you’ve already come, and allowing yourself to actually experience your life. This journey deserves your time and attention. You don’t have to rush it. You don’t have to prove yourself to anyone. And you don’t have to reach some future destination before you’re allowed to love the woman you are today. In this episode, we talk about self-improvement, ambition, slowing down, releasing the pressure to perform, and learning to focus less on how others see you—and more on becoming the best version of you. The destination matters. But perhaps the most beautiful and important part is the process of becoming.  XoXo Adelle

    69. You are Already Enough! How to Stop Doubting, and Trust

Work with me 1:1 here  Join my Private Fb Group here: Confidently Feminine  What if the bravest thing David did wasn't facing Goliath, but facing Saul? I woke up with this story on my heart and I couldn't wait to share it with you. Before the battle, David let Saul tell him how to fight. He was handed the king's armor and a sword and told to do it the "expected" way. Then he remembered the lion. He had already beaten a lion with a stone and a sling. He didn't need to become someone new. He was already the version of himself who could defeat Goliath. I think so many of us are living in Saul's court. We're trying on armor that doesn't fit and taking advice from a world that doesn't know our hearts, our stories, or everything God has already walked us through. Then we wonder why we feel so heavy and afraid. You don't have to reinvent yourself to overcome what's in front of you. The hard seasons you prayed would pass, the "lions" in your own life, were preparing you all along. In this episode we talk about: Why David's real act of courage was refusing to conform How your past experiences have been preparing you for this exact moment Why fear grows when you try to be someone you're not What it feels like to set down the "king's armor" and soften into who God made you to be How true confidence comes from knowing you're enough exactly as you are When David stopped trying to be what everyone expected and simply trusted himself and God, peace replaced his fear, and he ran toward his giant. I want that same peace for you. If this episode touched your heart, please share it with a woman in your life who needs the reminder that she's already been prepared for her battle. Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss what's next. XoXo Adelle

    68. How to Release Limiting Beliefs that are Running Your Life

Join my Private FB Group here: Confidently Feminine   Work with me 1:1 here  The other day I was out on a walk and I had a tiny pebble in my shoe. Every few steps I'd shake my foot to move it to the side — and every few steps it would work its way back. Even when I wasn't actively thinking about it, it was running in the background of my mind. It wasn't until I finally stopped, took my shoe off, and actually removed it that I could go back to enjoying my walk. And I couldn't stop thinking — how many of us are doing this exact thing with our limiting beliefs, our shadow parts, our false narratives? Just kicking them to the side and hoping they'll stay there. They won't. In this episode I'm walking you through how to use the GRACE model to finally look at what's running in the background so you can make a conscious choice about what to do with it. We start by getting out of our heads and into our bodies through grounding, then we recognize and name what's there, accept it without judgment (because emotions are just messengers — they're not good or bad), connect to God and ask what's on the other side of this, and then embody whatever version of yourself you want to step into next. Here's what I want you to know: there is no wrong answer. You get to decide whether you release the pebble or keep it. You are the one in charge. If something keeps showing back up no matter how many times you try to push it aside, this episode is for you. XOXO, Adelle

    67. How to Stop Feeling Stuck: The Identity Shift That Changes Everything

Join my private fb group Confidently Feminine Work with me 1:1 here In this episode we walk through: Why your habits won't change until your identity does What it actually means to become the version of yourself you want to be; before you can fully be her. A full walkthrough of the GRACE Model applied to identity work. The surrender step that most people skip; and why it's the one that changes everything How to embody the woman you're called to be so that living as her feels natural, not forced If you've been trying to break a habit or become a different version of yourself and it keeps not sticking this episode is going to show you why. And more importantly, what to do instead. The reason most people stay stuck isn't lack of willpower. It's that they're still operating from the identity of the old version of themselves. You can't consistently do what the new version of you does if you still see yourself as the old version. You have to become her first. In this episode, I walk you through how to actually shift your identity using the GRACE Model; so that living as the woman you want to be stops feeling like a constant uphill battle and starts to feel like the most natural thing in the world. Here's how we move through it: We start with Grounding: coming back into our feminine energy so we can feel our emotions. From there, we Recognize what's actually going on inside us: the feelings, the thoughts, the beliefs that are running in the background. Then we Accept ourselves through it, not to stay there, but because acceptance is what creates the space to actually evaluate whether those old thoughts and beliefs are still serving us or if it's time to let them go. Then we get to the heart of it. In the Connect step, we surrender. We bring that question to God and to ourselves: Who do I want to be on the other side of this? Show me who I can be. Show me how. And then we listen. Finally, we Embody whatever we're shown; we step into her, we think like her, we act like her, until she's just who we are. This is how identity actually shifts. This is how you become the woman before you've fully figured out how to be her. XoXo Adelle
