    Episode 43 - studio east expansion draft

    The boys are back for Episode 43, talking Browns OTAs, Mike Hall's injury, Jerry Jeudy weighing in on Shedeur Sanders, and the supplemental draft quarterback trying to become the most talked-about guy nobody's talking about. On the hockey side, Rich vents about another disappointing Avalanche finish, the boys explain why VGK is still the stupidest thing in the NHL, and take a trip down memory lane with some Claude Lemieux talk. The Guardians keep rolling and sit two games up in the Central, so naturally Nate has a few stories from his latest night at the ballpark. The guys also break down the Morgan Wallen concert, discuss concert fits, footwear strategy, and why holding your phone above your head for three straight hours should be a penalty punishable by removal from the venue. As always, the boys wrap things up with this week's Banger of the Week and plenty of laughs, questionable takes, and sports therapy along the way.

    Episode 42 finds Nate and Rich somewhere between a sports podcast and a cross-country moving company.     Episode 41 of Flagrant Foul with Rich and Nate is here, and the boys are absolutely thriving on playoff chaos, questionable food decisions, and life advice nobody asked for. The Colorado Avalanche survived and advanced, which means it’s officially time to stress about Vegas while debating whether ESPN commentators have ever actually enjoyed Colorado sports. The guys break down the Avs’ goalie situation with Wedgewood and Blackwood, preview the war with the Golden Knights, and somehow convince themselves this will all end calmly and rationally.
