She Rises with Rachel Clare

Rachel Rhien Tucker

A podcast for women who are ready to rise into their God-given identity, gifts, and purpose. You, friend, are incredible. You came to this earth with a divine identity and given unique and beautiful gifts, talents, and traits meant to bring you joy and help other people. Your personal mission may change during different seasons of your life. Your personal mission may focus completely on the home and family, or it may include other avenues of service or education or work. The key is to discover what it is that God sent you here to do, and then do it with faith that you'll receive the divine guidance that you'll need to be successful. But mortality is hard. It was meant to be that way. And the women who rise through difficulty or trial or illness or tragedy are leaders and examples to us all. At some point in each of our lives, we'll be there. We'll face those hard things. But with God, all things are possible, and Jesus Christ can help us rise through anything. This is a podcast about women, for women, that focuses on rising into who and what we were meant to become.

Ep. 034- Heidi Lyn Campbell on The Confidence Gap, Why Women Hold Back, And How To Step Forward

In this powerful episode of She Rises, Rachel sits down with Heidi Lyn Campbell—speaker, leadership mentor, and coach—to talk about confidence, calling, and trusting God when life doesn’t unfold the way you planned. Heidi shares her personal journey as a self-described “late bloomer”—navigating years of unexpected waiting, building a career she never planned, and wrestling with questions during some of her hardest seasons. Through it all, one thing remained constant: her commitment to staying anchored in her relationship with the Savior. Together, Rachel and Heidi explore what it looks like to trust God’s timing, especially when you don’t yet have evidence that things will work out. Heidi shares how those early seasons of waiting became the very foundation that later carried her through infertility, marriage, and building a blended family. This conversation also dives into the confidence gap many women experience. Drawing from her background in executive coaching, Heidi opens up about why so many capable, talented women feel like imposters—and how we can begin to recognize our gifts, own our strengths, and lead in a way that feels authentic. You’ll walk away with practical, powerful tools for: -Letting go of comparison and embracing your unique leadership style Delegating with clarity (and without frustration) -Setting boundaries that protect your energy and calling -Leading with both accountability and grace -Showing up with confidence—even when you don’t feel ready Most importantly, this episode is a reminder that your life is not off track. God is not behind. And you are not lacking. Rather, you are being shaped into the woman you’re meant to become. Instead of easy answers, this episode explores the wrestle. Together, Rachel and Molly talk about: What it feels like when heaven seems silent Rebuilding your understanding of God in the middle of pain The concept of “divine silence” and why it’s not a punishment How suffering can actually be an expression of God’s trust Seeing Jesus Christ as a Counselor—not just a comforter The unexpected ways God communicates when traditional ways feel blocked Mental health, faith, and the importance of holistic healing A simple but powerful framework: faith, hope, and charity Molly shares how, even when she couldn’t feel God, He was still reaching her—through people, music, small impressions, and new tools she never would have discovered otherwise. Ep. 032- Co-Creating With God: Faith, Art, and the Courage to Pivot With Jenny Komenda

In this powerful conversation on She Rises, Rachel sits down with artist, entrepreneur, and founder of Juniper Print Shop and The Rooted Home, Jenny Komenda. What began as a small creative outlet while raising young children eventually grew into a thriving creative business—but Jenny’s story is about much more than entrepreneurship. It’s about learning to recognize God’s voice, trusting divine promptings, and having the courage to pivot—even when the path forward feels uncertain. Jenny shares how her early blogging days were rooted in authenticity and creativity, and how those small beginnings eventually opened doors she never could have predicted. But the real turning point came when she felt a strong spiritual prompting to shift her work toward creating Christian art—a direction that felt both sacred and terrifying to pursue publicly. Together, Rachel and Jenny explore what it means to co-create our lives with God. They discuss the courage required to follow spiritual impressions, the challenge of being misunderstood, and the importance of anchoring our confidence in the Lord rather than in external validation. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that creativity isn’t limited to artists. Every woman is creating something—her home, her relationships, her faith, her work, and the lives of those around her. When we invite God into the process, even ordinary moments can become sacred acts of creation. In this episode, we talk about: • Learning to trust divine promptings • Pivoting when God calls you in a new direction • Why authenticity matters more than influence • The courage it takes to share your faith publicly • Finding divine confidence in a noisy world • How every woman is a co-creator with God If you’ve ever felt God nudging you toward something new—or something scary—this episode will remind you that He is in the details and that He walks with us every step of the way.
