  1. From Ballet to Artistic Freedom: Redefining My Path as a Dancer

From Ballet to Artistic Freedom: Redefining My Path as a Dancer

In this episode, I share a heartfelt and unfiltered reflection on my evolving relationship with ballet – my first love, my foundation, and a dream that shaped so much of who I am. While ballet will always be a part of me, I’m learning to release the idea that it has to define or limit me.This conversation explores what it means to grieve a long-held dream while still honoring it. To hold gratitude for the discipline, devotion, resilience, and perseverance ballet gave me; and at the same time, choose expansion, freedom, and authenticity as I step into a more fluid, freelance artistic life.I talk about redefining success in the arts, embracing vulnerability, and allowing myself to discover who I am beyond rigid structures and expectations. This isn’t about walking away from ballet — it’s about choosing it on my own terms, and trusting that this new chapter will only expand who I am as a person, a dancer, and an artist. This is a long, reflective episode — almost an hour of honest processing, storytelling, and becoming. If you’ve ever felt called to pivot, outgrow an identity, or soften your grip on a dream to make space for something more aligned, I hope this episode meets you where you are. 2. I Miss Real Social Media: Craving Connection over Consumption

I Miss Real Social Media: Craving Connection over Consumption

In this episode, I talk (or rant rather lol) about social media fatigue. The overconsumption, doomscrolling, comparison, and disconnection that seems to grow the more online we are. It makes me sad that we’ve replaced real connection with curated slivers of people’s lives, and it’s changing the way we exist in the world. I found myself thinking about the days when I had a food blog and social media was about community. I used to actively reach out to creators and meet them in real life — not for networking or optics, but for connection. Those creators didn’t owe me their time, yet they gave it. And for that, I’m still grateful. It reminded me that social media was always meant to be a bridge, NOT a substitute for real life. Going into 2026, I want to be online less and live more. I want to consume with intention, create with purpose, and build community that exists beyond the screen. Time offline matters too. It’s in those quiet, unplugged moments that we remember that what we want and need is already within us. It has to start within. Connection, confidence, creativity– they all begin in the real world first before they can be shared online. Invisible Progress: Why Presence Was Your Biggest Win in 2025

Surprise! A bonus episode to close out the year. 🍵✨ In this final 2025 reflection, I’m sharing a truth I’ve been sitting with: if you feel like your achievements this year weren’t "tangible," it doesn't mean you haven't grown. We are not content machines or productivity robots—we are humans navigating a "Year of the Snake" defined by internal shedding and deep transformation. In this episode, we explore why Presence is a superpower. We often focus on what we can show the world, forgetting that the most vital work happens beneath the surface. It is the courage to face your shadows and be proud of your own presence that creates the foundation for a fulfilling 2026. In this episode, we discuss: Why "invisible progress" is still progress. The art of shedding the old to make room for your light. Why being present in your own life is your greatest achievement. How internal cultivation manifests into external magic. ✨ I’d love to hear your reflections. What is one "invisible" win you’re carrying into 2026? Does this internal shift feel like it needs a Part Two? Message me or leave a comment below! Listen now and follow for more mindful, intentional conversations for the multihyphenate soul. 🎧 Rate & share this episode if it resonated with your journey this year.💌 Let's connect: Instagram | YouTube💚 Grab your matcha (or beverage of choice) and let's reflect together
