    Sweden Verses Brazil

Send us Fan Mail Have we made healthy eating more complicated than it needs to be? What can Sweden’s food pyramid and Brazil’s approach to eating teach us about the food on our plates? In this episode of Beautiful Chaos, Tammy Ramsey explores “From Sweden to Brazil: What the Food Pyramid Got Wrong”—a conversation about food guidelines, whole foods, processed and ultra-processed foods, and how we make everyday eating decisions. We explore Brazil’s emphasis on cooking, sharing meals, and making natural or minimally processed foods the foundation of our diets. We also discuss fruit juice and fiber, food marketing, and why looking beyond the package can help us become more curious, informed consumers. Join me as we rethink familiar nutrition messages and consider practical ways to bring more whole foods—and more enjoyment—to our tables. 💬 What’s one food habit you grew up with that you’ve started to question? Become the Observer Stop Reacting to the story in your head

Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ GUESS WHO’S BACK?! STACI IS BACK WITH ME ON BEAUTIFUL CHAOS! 💗 And ohhhh… did we pick a topic for her return. 😂 Have you ever gotten upset with your spouse over something they said… only to realize later that maybe you weren’t reacting to what they actually said? Maybe you were reacting to what you thought they meant. Or something that happened 10 or 15 years ago. Or an old hurt from a completely different relationship. Or maybe you were already having a terrible day and your poor spouse just happened to be the one standing there when your emotions finally said, “THAT’S IT!” 😂 Our upcoming episode is: 🎧 BECOME THE OBSERVER: Stop Reacting to the Story in Your Head Staci and I are diving into relationships, marriage, parenting, projection, old emotional wounds—and yes, my preset radio stations are making another appearance! We’re talking about learning to step outside an emotional moment long enough to ask: What actually happened? What story did I add to it? Why did this trigger me? Is this about right now—or is an old preset radio station playing? And one of my favorite thoughts from this entire conversation: ❤️ Your feelings are information—not necessarily evidence. Your feelings matter. But they don’t always prove what another person meant, thought, or intended. There’s actually psychology behind this idea, too. It’s called self-distancing, and we’ll share links to the research for those of you who want to dig deeper. But mostly, this is going to be what I’ve missed: Staci and me. A microphone. Real life. Real stories. Lots of questions. Probably some laughing. And two friends trying to figure out this Beautiful Chaos right along with everybody else. 😂❤️ 🎙️ Staci is BACK. And this is one you’re going to want to hear. #BeautifulChaosPodcast #BecomeTheObserver #SelfAwareness #Relationships #Marriage #PersonalGrowth #EmotionalIntelligence #SelfDistancing #HealthyRelationships #Mindset #MarriageTalk #PersonalDevelopment #BeautifulChaos Support the show YouTube:  @beautiful Chaos Tammy Facebook:  Beautiful Chaos
