The Pathway to Healing: Listening to God and Caring for the Body He Gave Us

Over the past six months, God has been guiding me through a season of reflection, healing, and realignment. In this episode, I share the story behind the rebrand of my wellness studio to Sarani Wellness and the deeper meaning behind the name. The word Sarani means “pathway,” and that is exactly what wellness is — not a quick fix, but a pathway toward healing, balance, and honoring the body God has entrusted to us. During a quiet moment riding my bike along the beach, the name Sarani came to me, and it perfectly captured the vision of creating a space where people can restore their health through non-invasive wellness, nervous system support, and metabolic health. In today’s fast-paced world, our bodies are enduring tremendous stress. Many people are living in a constant state of fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance — often fueled by too much caffeine, sugar, and daily stress. In this episode, we talk about: Why our bodies are under more stress than everThe importance of a nervous system resetWhy hydration and nutrition matter more than we realizeWhy many women struggle with weight after 40How supporting metabolism and reducing inflammation can restore balanceThe mission behind Sarani Wellness and creating a pathway to healing I also introduce the Thinnr weight loss program, a natural homeopathic program designed to support metabolism, reduce inflammation, and help the body burn fat while maintaining lean muscle. Most importantly, this episode is a reminder that caring for our bodies is not about vanity — it is about stewardship of the temple God has given us. ⸻ Key Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” Topics Covered The story behind the Sarani Wellness rebrandFinding clarity through prayer and reflectionWhy healing is a pathway, not a quick fixHow stress impacts the nervous system and metabolismThe connection between inflammation, fatigue, and weight gainWhy hydration and nourishment are foundational to healthSupporting metabolism naturally with the Thinnr program About Sarani Wellness Sarani Wellness is dedicated to helping individuals restore balance and confidence through non-invasive wellness and aesthetic treatments that support the body’s natural healing process. Are We Lukewarm with Jesus? A Heart Conversation on Returning to Our First Love

💛 Episode Summary: Have you ever realized your faith has grown quiet — not gone, just… comfortable? In this heartfelt episode of the E3 Podcast, Sara Singh invites you into an honest conversation about what it means to drift from our first love — Jesus — and how to return with renewed passion and intimacy. Through Scripture, personal stories, and gentle reflection, Sara shares how God lovingly calls us back from busyness, burnout, and spiritual autopilot into real connection with Him. If you’ve ever found yourself “doing things for God” but missing time with Him, this episode is your invitation to slow down, listen, and let your fire for Jesus be rekindled. 📖 Scriptures Mentioned: Revelation 3:15–16 — “I know your deeds…”Matthew 7:21–23 — “I never knew you.”Psalm 51:10–12 — “Create in me a clean heart, O God.”Matthew 6:19–21 — “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”John 15:5 — “I am the vine; you are the branches.”Acts 17:11 — The Bereans examined the Scriptures daily.Romans 13:11–12 — “Wake up from your slumber…” 🔥 Key Takeaways: Jesus knows the temperature of our hearts — and longs for our full devotion, not halfhearted comfort. It’s possible to know His name but miss His heart when we trade intimacy for activity.Repentance isn’t punishment; it’s restoration — the doorway back to joy.True success is measured by what we build for eternity, not for ourselves.Staying connected to the Vine (Jesus) produces fruit naturally — not through striving.Don’t live on secondhand revelation; open your Bible and let God speak directly to you. It’s time to wake up spiritually — to live alert, aware, and anchored in love. 💬 Heart Reflection Questions: Have I been doing things for God but not spending time with Him?What areas of my life feel “lukewarm” — comfortable but spiritually dry? What does it look like for me to return to my first love this week? What “treasures” am I living for — and do they point people to Jesus? 🙏 Closing Prayer: “Lord, forgive us where we’ve drifted. Stir our hearts again. Teach us to seek Your presence above all the noise. Rekindle our first love, and help us live every day with heaven in view. In Jesus’ name, amen.” 🕊️ This Week’s Challenge: Set aside 15 quiet minutes — no phone, no playlist, no podcast — just you, your Bible, and the Holy Spirit. Ask, “Lord, what are You saying to me today?”  Write down what He speaks. That’s where your fire begins again. ✨ Connect with Sara: 🌐 Website: https://www.e3coach.usEmail: sara@e3coach.usBooks: https://a.co/d/5rkHCUS (Reset your mind devotional)https://a.co/d/9B42WOM (R.E.S.E.T)https://a.co/d/bsqe4tx (Unlocking the Treasures within) Visit e3coach.us for more information on E3 Coaching and Sara Singh.
