I dive into 6 real ways alcohol impacts your body (hormones, sleep, anxiety, liver, aging… yep, all of it) and the social pressure to keep drinking anyway. This episode is your reminder that choosing health shouldn’t come with guilt or judgment, and you don’t need a pink cocktail to feel confident and connected.
