    The One Where We Find Our Value & Purpose

The podcast is created for women in the oldish season of life, where we get real & vulnerable about all things: faith, family, our bodies, health & everything in between.   If you’re looking for a space to laugh & cry about the real stuff, this is it!  In Episode 52, we’re talking about finding our value and purpose in whatever season God has us in—even when that season looks different than we expected. Sometimes we can feel “unheard” or “unseen” because of the job we have, the position we hold, or the season we’re walking through. But our jobs don’t define us, and they don’t determine our purpose. We can choose to glorify God and advance His kingdom wherever He has placed us. And when we retire from a career, we don’t retire from the work God has called us to do in His Kingdom. Our purpose doesn’t have an expiration date. We also talk about what God is doing in the waiting. Just because we can’t see what He’s doing doesn’t mean He isn’t working. Sometimes He is doing something in us so He can eventually do something through us. Wherever you are right now, there is purpose in your season. You are seen, you are valued, and God is still working. We reflect on the importance of remembering what God has already done, trusting that the same God who carried us before will carry us again, and believing that even when we don't understand the outcome, He is still working all things together for our good.
