    Toy (Part 1/4): History

Hosts Aaron, Andrew and John peer into a hole in the tent (ground) where no one goes to unravel the mystery of why David Bowie's Toy album, slated to be released in 2001, was ultimately abandoned for 20 years. They look at what inspired Bowie to record the album, the band he recruited to play on it as well as critical reviews of the album when it was officially released posthumously in 2021. Heathen Bonus Tracks + Season 1 Rankings

In this episode, Aaron, Andrew and John pour over the tunes they'd call creative, but that were left off of David Bowie's Heathen (Safe, Wood Jackson, When The Boys Come Marching Home). They also look at the SACD (Super Audio CD) mixes of the album's tracks. Finally, as this episode is the Season 1 finale, they rank the album projects covered in Season 1 as well as shout out some of the season's most memorable (for good and bad reasons) tracks.
