What Helps You Feel Safe Within Yourself? | Decode Yourself Series EP2

The one where we explore what helps you feel safe within yourself and how to make choices that feel true to who you are. In Episode 2 of the Decode Yourself Series, we explore inner safety, self-support and choice through two reflective tools: Authority in Human Design and the Moon in astrology. We look at how your Authority may offer clues about your decision-making process, whether you need time, space, a bodily response, a supportive environment or the opportunity to hear yourself speak. We also explore how your Moon sign may help you understand your emotional needs, instinctive reactions and what supports you in returning to yourself. This episode is an invitation to notice the difference between clarity and pressure, comfort and truth, and intuition and expectation. You will be guided through a practical reflection and a simple decision journal designed to help you gather evidence from your own experiences. This is a compassionate conversation about learning to listen to yourself, honour your needs and remain connected to who you are, even when the answer is not immediately clear. Your chart can offer a clue. Your experience gives that clue meaning. You are the person who chooses what to do with it. Want to help a young person understand themselves more deeply? YOU Decoded is a personalised experience for teenagers aged 14 to 18. It helps young people explore how they make decisions, process emotions, recognise their strengths and understand what they need to feel supported. Rather than giving teenagers another label, YOU Decoded gives them practical language and reflective tools to build self-awareness, confidence and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Who Are You Here to Be? | Decode Yourself Series EP1

Who are you beneath the roles, expectations and labels you have collected throughout your life? In the first episode of Decode Yourself, we explore identity through two foundational lenses: your Human Design Type, aura and Strategy, along with your astrological Sun and Ascendant. You will discover: How each Human Design Type naturally meets and interacts with life Why Strategy is an experiment, not a rule you must follow perfectly What your Sun can reveal about the qualities you are learning to embody How your Ascendant influences the way you enter new situations Why no single part of your chart can define the whole of who you are Whether you are a young person discovering yourself, a parent wanting to understand your child, or an adult questioning the identity you have built, this episode offers simple language and practical questions to support deeper self-understanding. Human Design and astrology are tools for reflection and experimentation. They do not diagnose you, determine your future or place limits around who you can become. Your chart offers clues, but you are the person who gets to live the story. The Missing Curriculum

The one where we ask whether education is preparing young people to pass a test, or to understand themselves. After 15 years as a teacher, I have watched too many young people measure their worth through marks, ranks and other people’s expectations. I know that experience personally. I grew up believing I was terrible at maths and science, that I was distracted and not reaching my potential. In reality, my strengths were leadership, creativity, connection and making others feel seen. In this episode, I explore the missing curriculum: the things young people need to navigate a world of constant stimulation, disconnection and AI. Decision-making. Energy. Identity. Communication. Learning. Self-trust. Contribution. This is not about blaming teachers, leaders or parents. They want change too. It is about recognising that a system designed for another era cannot fully prepare young people for the world they are entering. It asks what could become possible if education began with understanding the individual. I also share why astrology and Human Design have been such profound tools in my own life. I do not use them as labels or fixed answers, but as languages for exploring how we think, feel, learn, use our energy and make decisions. This conversation sits at the heart of why I created YOU Decoded, an intimate three-day self-awareness experience for young people aged 14 to 18. It offers teenagers something I wish more of us had received earlier: language for understanding themselves before self-doubt becomes louder than their own voice. The Invitation of Challenge

The One Where We Find the Invitation in Challenge What if the challenge in front of you is not simply something to overcome, but an invitation to understand yourself more deeply? In this episode, Liz explores why challenge is such a powerful part of being human and what actually happens in our bodies and minds when life feels uncertain. She unpacks the nervous system response, the stories we create, our desire for control, and the difference between reacting from fear and responding with self-awareness. Together, you'll explore the Map of Consciousness as a reflective framework for recognising the emotional state you're responding from, why courage is often the first step towards growth, and how the Circle of Influence can help you shift your energy away from what you can't control and back to what is truly within your power. Liz also shares why surrender is not the same as giving up, how two things can be true at once, and why a situation can be leading us somewhere meaningful while still feeling painful, uncomfortable or uncertain. Finally, she explores how Human Design authority and your Moon sign in astrology can offer language for understanding your decision-making, emotional needs and the unique ways you instinctively regulate during challenging seasons. This episode is an invitation to slow down and reflect: What story am I telling myself? Where am I responding from emotionally? What am I trying to control? What is actually within my Circle of Influence? What does my nervous system need? And what might this challenge be inviting me to become? Self-awareness does not remove challenge. It changes how we meet it.
